1. I hope you're wrong Dolomite, but it wouldn't surprise me if he takes it that direction.
2.   NYC... maybe but not NY state.   That sounds like a good idea, but I'm too afraid he would end up winning. There are some crazy voters out there these days.
3. Every tax payer should move. That would fix 'em
4. I like the fact that the state of WY is getting up in the out-of-control Fed government's face. Whether it passes or not, it lets the people of WY know that at least part of the local legislature has their back. I believe in order to win this assault on the 2A, the states may have to get bold on behalf of the people.
5.   Should have been on inauguration day IMHO
6.   That's true. Probably just the fact that he holds office is unconstitutional (Kenya... Hawaii?) :-\ . I added the 'very' because I think think that it would have to be something just over-the-top and obvious in order to sway enough senate dems. I could be wrong, and I think he should be impeached right now.     Edit: Here's hoping!
7.
the congressman can do what he wants, anyone thinking the senate will vote for it has been smoking some good stuff and needs to share.
I would tend to agree unless he does something VERY unconstitutional, he steps on some senate toes in the process, a large number of senate dems catch serious heat from voters, and some senators are truely concerned about the integrity of the constitution. I agree that the stars would have to align, but hussein is threatening some bold moves
8.
I understand what you say, but thoughts don't replace deeds. The congressman from Texas appears to be a good guy, but every one in the House seems to work off the premise of posture first, back down after the dust clears. When you go to the House, your job is to do the work of the House, which is to do the work the Constitution requires. It's why they take an oath to the Constitution, not to stand up and make puny threats that may sound good to us or any other group. Like in another thread, the one about the guy asking whether it is your duty to stand up for liberty or not, the idea is not about rhetoric, or whether we live in a democracy or republic, it is about getting the job done. How about just one time, one of them, not acting like a Greek orator and just submitting a bill setting the stage for impeachment proceedings, without first warning the President? Like he really cares. Like that old saying, "Actions speak louder than words", if they would quit the crap, more people might have confidence in their actions, and just do their damned job.   Everyone seems to need that camera stuck in their face for smoochy time with their adoring public.
You have a good point. Let him hang himself with a bad order then boot him out for it. "Speak softly and carry a big stick"
9. I say go ahead and start the impeachment process over bengazi and F&F. That will start the MSM's heads spinning in the opposite direction therby shifting focus away from gun control. Best case... impeahment. Worst case...... well I guess we could loose the house in 2014, so nevermind, lol
10. 19 EO's just to enforce existing laws ? He's trying to make it look like he's doing something. Worthless president and a threat to our constitution
11.
My insurance didn't requite a formal appraisal; I did my own using the Blue Book and prices of similar for sale on sites like Gunbroker.com, etc.   Once I came up with an overall value that's what I insured for; making changes as items were sold, traded, replaced, etc...and I re-evaluate it about once a year.
Hmm, now is a pretty good time to come up with an overall value with the prices through the roof. This is something I have been meaning to get. I just never liked the idea of telling a company what I've got.I should get the rider though
12. To help clear my conscience, I should probably send Obama and Biden each a gift membership to the NRA. That would help me feel better I guess.
13. My conscience is clear. Hussein Obama: Examine your patriotism! Oh, and double examine that birth cert again for me...
14. I just called that number. The walmart rep told me she could not say yes or no. She said I should go to walmarts corporate website concerning this. I didn't get a good happy feeling about it though. So, still rumor at this point...
15. I thought the last election would turn out different as well. Still seems like a bad dream. I think the sheep see a very different Obama today than they did 3 months ago though. We don't because we have been on to him from the get go, but I hope and pray that the silent majority in this country will finally wake up. They keep hitting the snooze alarm, but we are way late. A lot of people thought O would leave guns alone and Romney would be just as bad for a ban. Well, O is out of the closet now.
16. Ban the 1A, especially the assault anchors! It's for the children. J/k of course. These fools in the media don't even realize that without the 2A, the 1A would be on borrowed time. Ingnoring and ridiculing at every turn is my plan for now, too. Too bad some freedom-loving rich dudes don't get together and buy a couple of news organizations. Then, go in and turn it on it's ear. Report un-biased news or you're fired.
17. Interesting. The Gallup results are interesting, too.
18. En masse is made up with individuals. Keep the faith and spread the word
19. Yep. 97.95% say "no" to more gun control.
20. I just renewed my permit, and I am no longer on the list. I was before
21. I agree, but if the people would follow through en masse on election day, they might start listening. I wll continue to contact also.
22. What an idiot. Gun retailers have increased sales because congress is debating.
23. There are a llot of pro-2A folks out there that voted for hussein with the belief that he would not go after guns. Now that speculation is gone as he has revealed his hand, and hopefully those people have realized the consequence of the last election. With any luck, these sheep have had their eyes opened. Also, if as many people that are buying guns/ammo will contact their reps, that has to send a strong message. I agree that Hussein does not care about that message but those up for re-election in 2014 might.
24. It would not surprise me in the least if they were promised tax breaks or another exemption from obamacare if they quite selling guns and ammo. Walmart is not the only game in town, though. The only thing that ever gets me in their stores is to buy ammo, so I would no longer be a customer.
25. Just bought the last two boxes of 30-30 at my Walmart tonight. About the only they had left was 30-06 and 243, and that was ALL! I'll call the # in that article in the morning. If Walmart stops selling it, maybe academy and sportsmans will be able to fill their shelves. I hope the article is incorrect though.
