  1. In that case, I believe he should be censored. What's the difference... 1A... 2A? Screw with one, you screw with them all, Bill. Shame!
  2. Was he trying to be sarcastic? I don't watch him because he gets on my nerves, but i thought he was more in favor of freedom than that.
  3. I smacked a carpenter bee with a tennis racquet today. The crazy thing skipped off the concrete and kept on flying. Tough little critters.
  4. Very nice. I will ask the governor for his support.
  5. About how many voters participated in Alexander's last primary? Just curious
  6. I'm still thinking about this question... Since the senate votes would be the same, I think I did vote for the democrats (Alexander and corker)
  7. What really gets my blood pressure up is when you call them and they tell you how much they support the second amendment and would NEVER do anything to jeopardize it. Not only do they cast the vote, then they want to try to pretend it didn't happen. Classic case of just telling people what they want to hear. Spineless if you ask me.
  8. Alexander is still busy. 202-224-4944 **Edit** Finally got through to Alexander's office. His aide is not nearly as polite as Corker's, lol. If anyone's in the mood for a little 'tude from your elected official, call LA's office.
  9. Ok. I just got through to corker's office, and they are still answering phones 202-224-3344. That chick answering the phone was stressed. She already had her answer prepared that he did not want to stop due process. I had a polite conversation and they have no doubt that he has lost my vote.
  10. It's still busy. I'll call all night just to get a chance to talk to the voicemail. Melt their phones.
  11. What are some favorite recipes for loading shotshells in 38spl for bees? So far we have "rice and grits"...
  12. They took the ones they knew about, anyway I guess.   If I were him, I would be spending my money on three things right now...   1) attorneyS, 2) moving to another state, 3) purchasing more guns than they took from the next non-NY gunshow
  13. I had a wasp all kinds of mad while I was driving my truck today. I'm surprised I'm still here :panic:   TN hunting guide book finally took him out.
  14. Good news. Congrats!
  15. Maybe folks will go back to hoarding guns until this gets sorted out and forget about ammo for a little while
  16. I have been calling/emailing them for months. We MUST continue to ring their phones off the hook. We should be specific, and let them know how we want to be represented.     True... until they think it might cost them their jobs. Calling our elected reps is the best we can do... short of running and being elected. I'm sure not going to sit back and hope that the anti's are not making more phone calls than me.       I urge everyone to call if you are not already. Heck, call them twice each day. It's one of the easiest things you can do.   Alexander: (202) 224-4944 http://www.alexander.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?p=Email#form_5a20ff52-c723-4c84-b2b6-8b7c009b9cf2   Corker: 202-224-3344 http://www.corker.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/contactme
  17. i was there and saw some boxes stacked behind the service counter. There were only a couple of people in line. I passed on it though. I've got what I want to keep, and shoot only what I reload. It was tempting, but I refrained.
  18. I didn't know that. I thought the caps just kept them clean
  19. Did you ask at the service desk? They keep what they have hidden there. I don't know if you have to know a secret handshake to buy it though, lol.
  20. Sorry to hear it. I was also a statistic last year after 15 years. I wound up with a better job and only missed one paycheck (plus the severance :)) At the time, it seemed like nothing could be worse, but it was actually a blessing. Keep the faith.
  21. Pretty soon they will have to just ban "people", I guess.
  22. Wow, that's crazy. I got fed up with government school last year and put all my kids in private. Scary stuff.
  23. Wow, that's terrible for everyone involved. It sounds like they were way to comfortable and complacent with their guns.
