  1. Welcome! I used to go to Detroit a lot for work, and I was a member of MGO.
  2. I would also like the opportunity to add a milsurp to my collection. I like to keep them original and historical. I've been wanting an M1 lately
  3. There is no shortage of monsters, boogie men and creatures in this night mare.
  4. Bloomberg quote: “Look, we live in a very dangerous world. We know there are people who want to take away our freedoms. New Yorkers probably know that as much if not more than anybody else after the terrible tragedy of 9/11,” he said. The reason New Yorkers know that as much if not more than anybody else is because he is one of the people who wants to take away our freedoms. Moron!
  5. He could have been. The sheeple prolonged the nightmare, and I can't wake up!
  6. He is definitely the campaigner-in-chief. I think campaigning is all he knows, probably because it's all he's really good at. I hope he doesn't get any traction though
  7. I've been on the look out for the same thing for my son. Academy and a LGS have a brand called Tristar that's affordable. I don't know any thing about it though. http://www.academy.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_10051_587557_-1__?N=39632025+4294958122 I've been holding out for a good deal on a Remmy or something similar.
  8. I have seen normal plastic nozzles on eBay. 3 pack for something like $25. I may just go that route and refurb my old plastic cans (assuming they fit)
  9. Based on the title, I expected to open a thread about Feinstein. Now that I think about it, I kind of did, lol. :)
  10. I'm leaning toward 300 BLK although 458S is also very tempting.
  11. There was a really nice outdoor range up near Waynesville, OH (about 30-40 mins north of Cincinnati). It was free and maintained by the state. They had rifle, pistol and a 3D archery course as well as a range officer. That was several years ago so not sure if it is still there or how crowded it might be now. I think I found it listed in the state hunting regulations guide. This is where I usually went if I wanted to shoot indoors http://www.shootersupply.net/site/ It's just over the river in KY.
  12. I lived in northern ky and Cincy for a few years. I don't know what side of Cincy you will be on, but there is a really good pawn shop just over the river in northern ky. "Quick Cash" in Florence always had really good prices, great selection and friendly too. If they didn't have it, they would order it and there in 2 days. That was pre-Newtown, but my friend up there says they are still good place to shop. Also, ohgunowners.net might have classifieds but I'm not sure. If I'm not mistaken, OH is a "must inform officer" state if you have carry permit... Just FYI
  13. Good to know
  14. Michigan had a pretty active one a year or so ago. It's not OH, but a neighboring state anyway. It's actually called MIgunOwners (MGO). I wouldn't leave TGO, though
  15. When they try to ban all the websites with recipes to make black powder they can stomp on the 1A and 2A at the same time.
  16. I agree. I voted for McCain because I didn't want obama. As much as McCain makes me angry by his RHINO qualities, I'd still trade him for O. I pray that Christie never gets the nomination. I don't believe he would be good for our freedoms.
  17. Surveillance cameras installed in all major cities. Surveillance cameras watching/recording us all via drones. That's my guess for starters. No doubt, that's already happening, but it'll prob get worse
  18. It sure makes me realize just how fast we could be on "lock down" with law enforcement knocking on every door. It looked like the LEOs did a good job in a tough situation. I thought it was interesting though that the boat he was hiding in had already been searched. From what i understand, he was found by a citizen after the lock down was relaxed. I'm glad he was caught.
  19. I agree. Getting a conviction won't be a problem anyway, so they can sacrifice some court testimony right now in order to get info on other possible terrorists. The question will be whether they try to cut him a deal for that info.
  20. If he starts issuing EO's on gun control after the senate voted against it, he might find out how bogus that 90% poll is that he keeps referring to. I have a feeling that a lot of senators felt the heat from their constituents.
