It was an 2012 Obama era determination that the ATF was attempting to overturn. I agree with you that if the other side was still in control of house, the ATF ruling would not be challenged. On a side note, a speaker mentioned shooters being under the influence of prescription drugs and wondered what could be done. Here’s my answer.

After seeing the damage on that roll cage, I was happy it wasn’t on the drivers side. Bubba is gonna Bubba.
-
I just fast forwarded thru Talladega. Really bad crash for Larson and crap house luck for Bubba while trying to block and potentially win. Those spin outs while entering pit where wild. Still a good race.

I’ve never played D&D. It’s seems interesting. My game of choice is Civilization, particularly Civ4. I also own Civ5 & Civ6, but I keep going back to the easier Civ4.

I record every Sunday. I haven’t watched today’s race, because I’m binge watching “My Fighting Season” on Nat Geo on demand. I’m currently a fan of the 5 (Larson) car. In the past I in was a fan of the 24. I guess that puts me in the Hendrick camp. I also watch to see what the 23XI team does. Reddick is clearly the better driver on that team. Bubba seems to be content racing in the middle of the pack or crashing a very good car damned near every week.

Proof that “Thank you for your service” is just lip service.

1. Very strange! 2. I don’t know if you have a VA rating or not, but they’re not handing out the big money ratings like candy. Veterans have to work much harder than they should have to, just to get earned benefits. Look no farther than some Vietnam veterans with agent orange claims finally getting settled in the last decade and the recent burn pit & airborne hazards laws. -

I totally agree, and as another member mentioned, it’s seems odd. Secondly, it’s a political issue that shouldn’t be. Service members are held accountable by their oath and the UCMJ when necessary. Who’s really going to hold Congress accountable? History has shown they’re not being held accountable by voting. -

I agree with this statement. Hearing it always feels weird, and I don’t need to be thanked for volunteering. As you know, when we signed on that line, we took an oath to put everything on the line In defense of our country. In return, the government guaranteed us that we and our families would be taken care of if we were injured or killed. Our government already wants to keeps citizens poor and mostly ignorant to continue to fill the ranks of the military on a volunteer basis, as well as working low wage jobs. The government would eventually have to return to the draft to fill its ranks if they also develop a reputation worst than they already have if youngsters see that the government actually taking care of veterans is a myth. This is my not in my backyard moment. I know the government needs to make cuts, but I’d suggest looking at all of the foreign aid we dish out first. That’s another issue for me, because I know in many cases foreign aid is strategically necessary to our national security. Oh well, as usual, I don’t have the answers. It’s just concerning for me when I think about all of the injured young warriors who probably won’t get the benefits they’ve earned. -
I don’t believe it will come to this, but the fact it’s even being considered after decades of war pisses me off. https://www.va.gov/OPA/PRESSREL/pressrelease.cfm?id=5874

Roll Call (Just state "Present" when your name is called)

I read about him yesterday. Sounds like he was desperate for money and ignorant. -
Two things. First, I’m against red flag laws. I’m also not crazy about background checks. Second, and this is a very serious question for my own better understanding. How much more control can “they” get? I ask because, I’ve never felt so free since I retired, and it’s allowed me to really evaluate life. Even in retirement, choices are still limited to a structured system. So, have we ever really experienced true freedom, and how much more control outside of actual slavery can “they” gain over an individual? It seems from the moment we’re born, we’re constantly being guided, groomed, programmed or controlled. Very few of our choices are our own. They feel like our choices, but they’re only limited options provided to us to hopefully, successfully navigate and succeed or fail in structured and rigid society.

The agencies are corrupt and anti-American because they didn’t find a crime on people you dislike under the most corrupt attorney general in American history? I’m indifferent about the three letter agencies for a myriad of reasons. See the Dave Chappelle video I posted. Again, under Barr, with any real evidence, the crimes you mentioned would have been expediently prosecuted . Everyone knows how I feel about the Florida retiree. I’m thrilled that his alleged crimes are being brought to light. Do I think he’ll be convicted of anything? Yes, in the two civil cases, I don’t know in Georgia, the documents case and January 6th. I think the evidence is there, but I believe jurors will ultimately see the cases as too political, and he’ll go free. I’ll be ok with that, because the issues have been exposed to light, and may prevent it from happening again. -

Read a little slower. I don’t care who is held accountable for their crimes. I’m not a cult member. I don’t relate to the corrupt and powerful on a personal level. -

People can make as many accusations as they please. If there is no verifiable evidence that can make a legal argument and stand up in a court of law, it’s just making assumptions or hearsay. Again, I’m all for prosecuting crime regardless who the criminal is. That’s the difference between me and others doubting the evidence provided by dozens of witnesses. No one can tell me that during the last administration, if there was any real dirt on high ranking politicians on the left, they wouldn’t have gotten nuked. People who support the rule of law would have supported them getting nuked. Same with the people saying January 6th was no big deal, and the left was involved in a coverup. Tucker gets all of the security footage that can be viewed without compromising national security from the the speaker, and the best Tucker can come up with is a couple of crooked cops escorting an ally to the chamber, then the story disappears. Politicians are too ruthless to let their political opponents off the hook when they have the goods on them. Maybe, just maybe we should allow political and corporate criminals to be held accountable for their actions, and support those worthy of our support. -

What’s your contribution on TGO sir? You went back over a month to find that post. I’ll confirm, I do indeed like the opinions of Rhodes Scholars. Are you offended by knowledge? Do you have anything substantive to add add to this post, or was that a midday drinking rant? -

My man, if these trials would bring sanity and stability back to the nation, I’m all for it. I don’t believe anyone is above the law. If it can be proven that Hillary broke the law and is convicted by a jury of her peers, so be it. Same goes for the Bidens. No one should be above the law I just came across this. This recording was presented yesterday in the Dominion case concerning inspection of the Dominion voting machines. Is this what you requested? -

Lots of solid suggestions. I’m currently using the Surefire E2D, but I’d be interested in checking out the Cloud offerings. -

I don’t have a side sir. If I did have a side, please show me where they’re being sued for $1.6 billion for lying and knowingly providing misleading and defamatory information about another entity. Please participate in the poll. -
