  1. I have a Gerber multitool, Gerber knife and a CRKT knife... Ill post up pics when I get home - sitting at BWI waiting on a plane right now. The Gerber Tanto Evo is badass. I wants.
  2. That's badass... but definitely not low key! Brandon touched on something I didn't even think about... blending in with surroundings. Bright red DC Shoes backpack FTW! BTW ukerduker: We appreciate your sacrifice.
  3. ^ Awesome! Always been a dream of mine to live secluded like that. (does that make me antisocial?) Ill take one of these please: or this:
  4. ^ Short on availability... not very discreet either! lol
  5. very interesting stuff. Thanks for posting
  6. Was this from "Damnation Valley"? My BOV will most likely be the new-to-me truck I just bought. 2005 Nissan 4wd Frontier crewcab. I've been thinking about disaster/catastrophe preparedness a lot lately which, among other things, prompted the purchase of the truck. Pros: 4 wheel drive, fairly light and maneuverable, 4 doors... Cons: Small, poor fuel economy, non-diesel, storage is in the bed and not protected I'd like to have a small dirt bike that I could load into the bed in case of traffic/impassable roads/etc. but not sure how feasible it would be trying to get it all loaded into the bed during the heat of an emergency.
  7. Honestly, I like the .300wm. I haven't fired a .338, but the 300wm has more than enough recoil for me
  8. nevermind
  9. There is one here in Nashville.
  10. Cool! get here this when she turns 21: edit: SUNTZU, love the sig quote. Thomas Paine is awesome.
  11. Looks familiar!
  12. Meh, Glock will change their design when they stop selling the current design... and we all know that isn't happening anytime soon. I really like my Glock .40 and hope they don't Eff it up! There's no way I would stick a "trigger safety only" handgun in my pocket. Sorry, pocket-carry handguns need a safety. Wouldn't want to blow your dingo off...
  13. Heck, I worry about that with my little .40
  14. I like that ^. I'm going to build/buy one of these as soon as I get the optics on my AR figured out.
  15. I'm lost... I just bought a new AR15 with a flat-top receiver/picatinny rail and a Midwest front stock (w/rail). It has the stock unmovable front sight and nothing else. I have found a couple of BUIS options that I like, but I'm having trouble choosing from the oodles of optics available. Any insight? Opinions? I know this is sort of a noob question, but searching yeilds too many scattered responses that are not exactly on target. Also, I've seen a few "scopes" that have a magnifier or something behind it... can someone explain this setup to me? Thanks.
  16. This guy pisses me off so bad I can't even form a rational argument without the desire for violence. When exactly is the south going to rise again? I dunno but they need to hurry up.
  17. I am in the market for a BUG... and I may switch up my main weapon. My Glock 22 is bulky.
  18. I got 20 then gave up
  19. as long as I'm not on the pointy end of the gun.
  20. Don't be modest...you know you're the leader of the free world. As for me, my current position is a "Field Service Manager" for a security company. We are an OEM for an automated security barrier that is used in Military/Government applications as well as commercial (Chemical plants, airports, etc) http://www.usrgrab.com My team is responsible for the startup of the equipment after installation, support during installation, and service calls after installation. We also work with the designers to make changes tot he product as necessary. My background is US Navy Electronics Technician and 10+ years as a field service engineer/technician
  21. Thanks. It was an easy choice to make! I've had it about 6 months and put about 1500 rounds through it. Absolutely LOVE it.
