Pick any sensational story in the last decade or more. The Media NEVER gets it right out of the box. The rush for ratings and the scoop makes them reckless with the truth. This is where our own ability to think critically is important. Just because someone else jumps to a conclusion doesn't mean we have to do the same... The "News" is rarely actually news anymore. there are too many information sources now and they only way they can compete is to be "First on the Scene" with the most sensational story possible. They add drama in a hurry rather than research the facts.

Case Ejector for cheap Lee single stage press

I have one, it works well. Yes you need to make sure the primer cup is on tight. Because of low leverage I can usually tell if the primer is crimped by feel. I admit I like your idea too. I may work on something like that in the future. Nice work! -
Where are you getting your cast bullets?

I learn something every day. I've never seen it for rimfire. -
The problem here is that some of these bb guns and airsoft guns are realistic enough that if someone were to pull one would you want to double check that is it real or not, or respond to the threat immediately? In that kind of situation its not always easy to tell. Lots of things influence someones perception of the threat, behavior, location, position, lighting etc. No doubt he's an idiot but if he presented what could be perceived as a weapon at a security checkpoint then I think the police may have acted appropriately. What bothers me more is that he may have been a known threat from past incidents and nothing was done about it before it escalated to this...

I wonder how the journalist got the video? I can't imagine that the guy that lost his leg released it! -

Rimfire won't set it off, most pistols won't either, requires a centerfire rifle... The thing is you have to be able to see it to hit it. If it's buried under a stump where it will do good you can't see it to shoot it. I'd find another way that's not as unpredictably exciting... -
Funny thing is that a commie dictator sees it with perfect clarity and a lot of people here don't or wont!

He was shot so it's a shooting... Creative headlines paint a picture for readers regardless of the facts.

Try Volunteer ordnance works in Cleveland. Last time I was there they had a 50 on display. I don't know if it would fit your needs, I didn't look close as I'm not interested in a 50 for now... God luck

I'm very sorry to hear that they can't operate. Nothing/no one will replace him, but take some comfort that you have given him some great years!

TDR, I will second what Kahrman said. One of our boys just didn't seem to be getting it. Lots of conflict, immature behavior, poor grades, you name it. Then over a short period of maybe 3 months a complete turnaround. We are still amazed by it. My wife in particular felt like she had been failing him and now couldn't be prouder. He graduated college with an AS and now is living on his own making a good living for himself in FL. Two years ago we wouldn't have believed it. I'm sure your daughter is listening more than she is letting you know. She will have a "light bulb moment" and it will come together. Keep the faith!

I never thought of the food aspect... both were named by our kids. It's funny but I never noticed! Trust that time helps karma. Just the fact that you have and still are giving Max as good a life as possible proves this. Where would he be today without you? Every dog I've ever had has given me many weeks or months of joy for every day of worry or grief. They are Positive influences in our lives.

I don't know why or how but dogs have a way of healing us. I lost my old girl Licorice, 2 years ago on the fourth of july. I have no idea what breed she was (rescue) but I always called her the "durable black dog". She was 16 and had been going down hill quickly. Our younger dog Sage woke me at 4am to let me know she was in distress. He sat with us through the morning while we made arrangements to put her down. Afterward he took over all of "her duties" and helped us grieve and recover. Sage was a huge help to us and he was just doing what dogs do. He is now top dog in our pack of one, but we are planning on getting him another pack member this summer. I know that your rescue pups will help you. What you are doing generates good karma! Hozzie, I am very sorry for your loss

I have a 2015 Silverado 2500HD crew. It came with Michelin LTX A/T 2 tires. I hot 63k MI out of them and put them back on. Never any vibration and very quiet. This is the only time I ever put the oem tires back on a truck! Not very aggressive but I never had traction problems.

Most sheeple look for the quick sound bite answer to complicated issues. They don't take the time to understand the historical context, or deeper underlying thoughts. "The civil war was about slavery" is but one example. Quick and easy, but only part of the story. Another point is that the winner gets to write history so much of the souths position has been ignored, or manipulated to fit the narrative. For some reason I can't load the video (Internet issues on my phone), but I have liked your perspective in the past and found it well rounded and not just some more soundbites strung together. I will watch this and I'm sure it's up to your usual standards. Written by an old Yankee that passed history class back when that meant something...
