  1. I've done it. Wouldn't recommend it, but, done it.
  2. May a nonlicensee ship a firearm through the U.S. Postal Service?   A nonlicensee may not transfer a firearm to a non-licensed resident of another State. A nonlicensee may mail a shotgun or rifle to a resident of his or her own State or to a licensee in any State. The Postal Service recommends that long guns be sent by registered mail and that no marking of any kind which would indicate the nature of the contents be placed on the outside of any parcel containing firearms. Handguns are not mailable. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun. [18 U.S.C. 1715, 922(a)(5) and 922 (a)(2)(A); 27 CFR 478.31] Q&A Category:  Unlicensed Persons     Well, there you go.
  3. I have shipped UPS and I don't recall it being that expensive, but that was a couple of years ago.     The catch22 with USPS is you cannot take a handgun on USPS property.......but........I do not see why you cannot set up a shipping account online and have your postal delivery person pick up at your home, that's what  your FFL does anyway.
  4. I miss my old Titan.
  5. I'd like to know where this is too?
  6. Congratulations! You're gonna be a dad for a long long time :)
  7. Interesting thread.    Glad to hear you recovered.    That said.......Snapple? you have to know they are a bunch of Leftists operating that company.

  9. I would suggest he sit down and shut up..........for the time being.   Once in the system, it takes forever to get out of the system........he's in the 'system'.     Tell him to finish his probation and keep himself clean 6 months, then try.    Once denied for substance abuse he'll be flagged in the future and he may never get one.     Just my opinion....as one who has been in the 'system'.
  10. Learn to hate.
  11. Yeah, that seems fair.  I'd love to have one. My P09 is great and I'll eventually get a compact but that's out of my price range.     If you're in the market........looks like a nice one.
  12. What price?
  13. Dead snake is a good snake.
  14.   Yeah, OK.    Life in the zoo.
  15. How about some HM2? that would change everything for me.

  19. I run all my images through Picasa first for sizing and editing, hosted on PB.......never had a problem. Size your images outside of PB.
  20. Very nice, always liked the FJs.
  21. BTW, I will make a recommendation for your wife.     I bought my 10 year old son a SW M&P 22 Compact. Perfect for him. I paid $299 for it new, with threaded barrel. Comes with a manual safety, holsters are available. Fun to shoot and I'm having no problem finding 22lr now. It is a compact version of a full sized gun.    Get her used to carrying, used to keeping a gun safely, building confidence......then move on to what she really wants.
