1. I think the S&S is a Mod.1913
2. The FN is a WWII Nazi Browning Model 1922. It appears to have a Waffenamt proof mark.   Corrected Waffenamt
3. Since the $7.00 a box Perfecta run back during the Summer I rarely see any 9mm Perfecta at the one I frequent most. When they do have it, it is $9.97 a box but either my timing is off for weekly shipments or they rarely have it. They usually will have the $10.97 a box Tula and pick up a few boxes occasionally. I have made 5 visits in the past 3 weeks and on the visits they had 325 round boxes of the Federal Auto Match target for $19 and some change limit 3 boxes though.
4. Brass or steel case, shipped? Where are you finding these prices?
5. Well dah, that makes sense considering the topic. Would the $13k+ range be for Colt RR's? I would think Colts will bring a premium and definetley be in the +++ range. Let's say for example an Olympic Arms RR built by Small Arms Weaponry in the mid 80's, right at the $13k range?
6. your best option is a RRm16 for 13k+, the 16 opens up all possibilities.... RR m16? Does RR refer to Rock River?
7.
Yep, I've seen this photo before on another thread. The gold tone one on the shorter chain really highlights the magnificent set on the dog tag ball chain. Someone has some fine taste in mens necklaces.
8. Holy bat crap, the market price on these things have taken off. Since I've not been in the buy mode for this sort of stuff for a long time I haven't kept up with their values. I can remember when I could buy registered lowers for $400.00 including the transfer fee and John Norrrell trigger packs were $299.00. I could be sitting on a gold mine now. I guess the "If I had 20/20 hindsight" thing applies here.
9. In that price range your probably looking at but not totally limited to a MAC ? something or an H&R Reising at going rates these days.      From a 2008 thread. May or may not help. Good Luck!   http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/6537-tn-nfa-dealer-list/
10. Very nice!  When did you get the VTR?
11. Just because the Calender tells us we must feel obligated to make or purchase a material item and gift it to someone has made me feel uneasy for some time. Doing this really does not make me happy and I don't really enjoy receiving gifts that I know friends or relatives went to a lot of trouble to get for me that they really couldn't afford and it was something I really didn't need. In this day and time a great many of the kids I know and my own in particular get stuff all through out the year.  I know that when I want something or there is something my wife or kids have mentioned they want or need and I think they desrve it I get it on the spot and give it to them.  So having said all that I'm changing my avatar.  Happy Festivus to All!
12. Heck I clicked the video 10 times to see if that comercial would come up. (Slow day at the office) It never did but here it is.   https://youtu.be/RIl0by-5f1c
13.   Someone else can check the math on this and see if I'm right.    20 grams of lead = 306.25 grains or about 7/10 of an ounce.   using Ballisics 101 calculator 306.25 grains moving at 850 ft/sec. = 491 ft. lbs. of energy at the muzzle   The question then becomes how much mass you are trying to knock down and are they F'd up on Crack?
14. I had a Rollins system that sold out to ADT. That's when the headaches started. ADT's service was horrible at least in my case and seemed they didn't care. I had issues with with smoke / fire detector sending false alarms. They came out several times to repair and then they just disable it. After several months of no sign they were going to do anything about it I quit paying the bill. When I received passed due notices I called them to explain why I wasn't paying and they said sorry but payment was due. They threatened to turn it over to a collection agency and also raised my monitoring fees in the months of dispute with my non working system. Finally went with another company. Better system and very reasonable monitoring fees.
15.   Except no chrome lined barrels if that's important to you.  If this has changed I'm unaware of it.
16. Congratulations!   Crossfires comment about a game changer is an understatement.  You feed'em, water'em, do your best at teaching them right from wrong and it seems she's all grown up in the blink of an eye.  Then the next thing you know you're looking in the mirror at some old guy wondering what happened!
17.   I've been a Life Member for over 30 years.  The mail and begging for money never ends.  The money they've spent on postage and printing solicitations has got to be in the $100's by now.
18. The only exemption that would apply in this case is Landowners Exemption. If hunting on your land no problem, if not he must have passed the hunters safety class. If he does an online class and then attends a field day and depending on who is facilitating the field day he may get away with out the live fire portion.
19. I have several and you're welcome to have a few. I've been known to visit the Montgomery County Shooting Comlex and can meet or leave them threre for you to pick up. Due to the season though it may be a few weeks before I'm up that way again. You could just PM me your address and I will be glad to ship them to you. I have a UPS shipping business account so no big expense to me.
20. Oh I see you said "on you renewal form" with my glasses on. Age related decreased visual acuity SUCKS! Send it off ASAP!
21. I've always received a renewal form a few months before the expiration date. Have they stopped doing this?
22. Are you looking for something with enough mass to get a good grip in the palm off your hand or does that matter?
23.
I'm not a Damascus expert by no means I just know I've always liked the aesthetics of Damascus steel. I like the traditional patterns but not a big fan of the exotic ones. Not saying I would not own any of the exotics but prefer traditional. So after I committed to one I figured I needed to learn about Chad Nichols Damascus. I like it even more now. Does yours have a fade or ladder pattern and I assume the TGO patterns will be similar?
24. I would like to have it if stil available.
25. Not to be the pessimist but I will be surprised if we see them in 2016.
