Looks like an Exwife in 7.62!

Not to derail the thread but, uhhh, hey man, heads up. Might want to take some off the table here.
-
Great illustration, I see your point exactly. That being said, it is the exact opposite conclusion I have come to. I would rather the fedgov blast me in the face with brake cleaner than take that shot. I believe most of the shot-resistant people feel the same way. Whether they have specific religious or medical objections, want to see more data/time, or are tinfoil hat nutjobs is frankly irrelevant IMO. It should be my choice, not a government mandate. ALL the other issues being thrown around merely distract from the core debate surrounding individual sovereignty over ones mortal coil.

I'll second the comments suggesting a common caliber. You've got to remember your audience is larger and wider than a bunch of TGO gun nuts. You're trying to appeal to a broad base to sell more tix. If someone approached me today asking to buy a gun raffle tix for 5 bucks I'd be all over it. If you told me the gun was .223 wylde, I'd just give you the 5 bucks. If it was 300 BO I might maintain intetest. Outside that, 5.56 only, keep the rest. Simply not interested in owning one.
-
I appreciate your reply and conflicting information! I think everyone can agree that impartial facts and data are sorely needed in this debate? As a small sampling group, I generally trust TGO members to report the truth, even if it is colored by their personal beliefs; I've yet to suspect anyone of outright lying. As you mention, some people are reporting success, others failure. The messaging coming from the media is reprehensible.

*You're The governments of several western nations are actively pressuring health care providors to NOT prescribe it to people for treatment or prophalactic against Covid. I would post a link from last night to a Canadian Dr. Who posted her first hand account and a copy of the letter she received, but its already been taken down and memory holed. Another person in this thread posted a first hand account from a facility in Nashville. People who WANT to get it through their health care professional cannot. OUR GOVERNMENT IS ACTIVELY RESTRICTING YOUR AND MY ACCESS TO SAFE AND PROVEN DRUG, AND INSTEAD ARE PUSHING A NOVEL MEDICATION EN MASSE ON THE ENTIRE POPULATION. Put your politics aside, ignore the media soundbites. Look at what is happening. You can't get the safe and proven one from your dr, only the new experimental one. Go ahead, call your doctor, ask them to phone a script in to your local Kroger, tell us what happens? Honestly curious.

No. The choice to get/not get by me, does not affect you, and vice versa. You want it, get it. You want to force me to get it, you got a fight on your hands. The standard arguments around mandatory vaccination standards are so far out the window on this one... the VAERS data alone should stfu about the entire debate.
-
I agree with you about using numbers to manipulate. Whats the old saw? Lies, damned lies, and gubermint statistics? That being said, even with your additional kung-fu, it refutes the need for mandatory vaxing, as it does not appear to offer much if any benefit to the bulk of the population. Thats BEFORE you open up any of the other cans 'o worms that come with this debate. If it works, why do I need to take it? If it doesn't work, why do I need to take it.

I took a position in POWW recently. Never let politics get in the way of making money! -
From the most vaxxed nation on the planet... Why would a government want to force this on their population?!?!?!

I don't have links handy but have read multiple accounts of Drs being threatened with their license being pulled, people being refused when requesting. Being the internet, I'd say maybe 50% likely to be true. Irrespective, why any pressure? Even if a medicine acts as a placebo but does no harm??? ... Thats the crux (or one of them for me at least), that makes it hard for me to be passive. I cannot fathom any reason why (other than....) Theres at least a half dozen things like that, surrounding the whole 'rona issue. Stuff doesn't just 'not add up', it all points to something. Maybe that makes me a tin foil conspiracists, but until I see a logical argument that connects all the dots better, I'm gonna run with it.

I agree with you 110% Its why some folks (myself included), are so upset about the fedgov restricting people from taking it. People who wish to are being forced to use veterinary products off label because of the actions of our government. Its available in pill form in blister packs for about 5 bucks per course of treatment (India handed it out to millions). Why is the government doing that?
-
LMAO! AMEN! Finally, something we can ALL agree on!
-
Exactly. India treated something like half a billion of their poorest and lowest caste citizens succesfully (recall the delta variant was the Indian variant scaremongering us this Spring). Was shown in the very begining to have attenuating effects, and immediately crushed in all media outlets, Drs threatened with having their licenses pulled for off-label scripting (of something you can buy at TSC). Both drugs presented viable alternatives which threatened the requirements of the Emergency Use Authorizations, ergo verbotten! If only generic drug manufacturers made massive campaign contributions... Joe Rogan better watch his step.
-
Agreed. Thats why you can't talk about Ivermectin and Hcq. They are approved and plentiful, ahh, but adequate...? Well, worked for India, but what do they know.
-
When the regulatory agency violates its own rules issuing an approval, its unlikely to hold up in court challenges. Or so my lawyer friends tell me, I wouldn't know, I am not professionally trained as such. I think its a foregone conclusion this will end up in the Supreme Court.

So the FDA has “fully approved” the Pfizer jab for Covid. In doing so standing alone they have broken the law and thus have irrevocably destroyed their authority and any reason for anyone to ever do anything based on them ever again. Let me explain. Under black letter law an EUA is illegal if there is an alternative that is considered safe, effective and available. This was the reason the FDA did not (for 18 months!) run the studies and evaluate them on other early-intervention drugs for Covid-19. We all know what they are. I’m living proof they work too, as are millions of others worldwide. But, more-importantly, this “full approval” voids all other vaccine EUAs for Covid-19. That is, under the law the Moderna and J&J instantly became illegal to offer or use within the United States. The makers can apply for full authorization, of course, but the EUAs are void as of this morning and under black letter law cannot be administered to anyone in the United States as they are now unlicensed and unlawful products in human beings until and unless they are given full approval themselves. No medical provider can offer or administer any other than the Pfizer Covid-19 shot in the United States as of the moment of that approval. You can bet the law will be ignored; note MRNAs stock price this morning. It should have instantly been cut in half. In addition the FDA broke the law itself when it issued the “approval.” The law requires a full hearing and the data from the full set of trials; the trials are not capable of being completed until early 2022 by the original submissions and they deliberately did not hold the hearing. This is a black letter violation of the law as well, but nobody cares https://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=243355

Re-read the release. Pfizer is NOT FDA approved. All are still under EUA.

Got 22 minutes to spare? Maybe its propaganda, maybe its someones red-pill. Either way, was worth my time to watch it. YMMV. If you can't see the parallels however, you're not paying attention.

I understand, and think you're playing devil's advocate here a little? I say that because I too like to probe peoples beliefs and expand the conversation. I agree with your assessment as well that things might not go the way people want/believe they should. Courts can be a funny thing. I think the disagreement between sides on this stuff will make for some stellar courtroom scenes, given sone good attorneys on both sides. Ultimately there are fundamental legal issues that will determine the case. At this point I think the stuff shakes out on the side of the employee. It may take a couple appeals, and ultimately go all the way to the supreme court. My feeling is since its still an EUA, the employers will lose the mandate issue, but I could be wrong, I'm not a workplace attorney. If nothing else, the workplace participation factor may make the legal issue moot. I can think of very few industries that can afford to lose out on a large percent of their employable options. As others have stated, if enough people opt out, legal challenges may not be needed.

Start with violations of the Nuremburg Code.

All due respect... but ph'ck them. I'd continue leaving, and sue the ever living pants off them. Just my 2-cents. I agree with your final statement, just would take it further. Tyranny of the workplace is no better. You are no doubt very valuable, and obviously hold the upper hand, or they would not have caved in so quick. Make sure all the slightly-less-valuable employees know what they're worth to the employer on your way out.
