  1. Lol... throw in install it will sell in a second! (Free Bump!)
  2. Curious thought exercise... I concur, a loaded and ready firearm is not something to just leave lying around? I would find myself agreeing with the DA that it would constitute negligence on the part of the gun owner.
  3. 20+ odd years in the print biz as a computer/technology whiz when I was in NY, then moved here. Have had stints in various trades over the years, at one I acquired a CDL. Before the kung flu I ran produce distribution in the Knox area for a big name you've all heard of... Now I'm working with my neighbor who owns a fire sprinkler company while I hone my stock trading skills. Been a PHUN week!
  4. Al Capone's Colt Semi-Automatic Pistol Estimate: $30,000 - $60,000 Price Realized Including Buyer's Premium $242,000 10/09/2021
  5. Serbian Orthodox priest and Vojvoda (military commander in the Herzegovina Uprising of 1875 - 1878), Bogdan Zimonjić, with his sword and a firearm,
  6. Hahahaahahaahahhahahaahahhahaaaaaa.... ahhhhh... Mine is an intact male, I hear females are slightly less so, but... Mal's are alpha dogs. They won't play ball with other dogs. They will get the ball. The ball belongs to the Malinois. They will terrorize and bully the other dogs if they even think about trying to get the Mal's ball. They can have their own ball, if the Mal approves, but if it likes their ball better, it is now the Mal's new ball, and they may have the old ball; unless it likes that one better... And to be honest, they're so fast... good luck beating the Mal to the ball!
  7. I have one of Adams Mals. Awesome dog. Can't say enough how impressive a specimen he is. I can say some bad things after almost 3 years, too. They are not for everyone. They are incredibly high energy, slightly neurotic, but not bad, just 'driven'. Ours gets about 2 hours a day ball/stick time. He is also a family pet. I have 3 kids, and feel completely safe knowing Danté is at the house with them. He is not safe to leave un-attended around strangers kids (aka very tight leash control when we're at the rec-league ball games), but he does listen well and is safe in public... just little kids that are grabby and noisy piss him off (he's asserting his dominance). He roams the property unattended for the most part, I whistle, comes running. Doesn't bother the chickens at all, but will tear off after a rabbit or squirrel... unless I call him back. Will often alert, and wait for me to say 'go'... I didn't teach him that. Ditto the deer. Its funny, I'll see his ears go up, hear a snort from the treeline, and off he goes, crashing through the woods after them. I would absolutely get another one, but they aren't the right dog for everyone. We do not crate ours.
  8. When I was a kid I whiled away the winter hours building plastic models and such... and the German WWII ones had THE BEST camo schemes. Dunno if they were effective but man if they didn't look cool as hell!!!
  9. 'Twas told to me recently, common sense ain't so common anymore.
  10. The latest is she was also working on a documentary about pedos in hollyweird... No, really, tinfoil aside, thats what I read!
  11. Thanks guys and @Jeb48. The spectracide version of "kill everything for 2 months" was applied very liberally. Then a refill bottle of concentrate was purchased, and applied directly in good amounts with a paintbrush. It laughed: Hahahaha, puny human! Tried manual removal. Lots of roots left, which are now sprouting. All for a couple loads of free woodchips from the guys clearing powerlines nearby...
  12. Looking for some agent-orange level stuff here.
  13. Sikh soldiers of 29th Indian Infantry Brigade in a trench during the Battle of Gallipoli 1915
  14. Thats the part I can't figure out (without resorting to nefarious reasons). Especially considering the strong anti-gun stance from Baldwin himself and everything Kalifornia? Why was live ammo even within 1 mile of the set??? ... and to @tercel89's point, replica/airsoft guns are darned good mockups. Great question. You're telling me all of Hollywood's special effects teams can't make a real looking dummy, but I can get one that will fool a cop for 35 bucks at a toy store? In fact I recall the Mrs. McClosky's trial got tossed out of court b/c the 'gun' she 'brandished' in front of the 'protestors' was actually a disabled movie prop the McCloskys had used in a previous courtroom trial. Interesting segue.... the gun was disabled by a licensed armorer so that they could use it is a prop during oral arguments in the trial (since normal humans can't bring a real gun to court). After it was confiscated by the police when they arrested her, the police depts armorer repaired the gun making it functional again. Allegedly to 'verify its effectiveness'. Let that marinate for a minute.
  15. Like the walkie-talkie edit from South Park! LOL! I would actually watch SNL if that happened!
  16. Sweet. I made the kids watch the original, we were discussing the new one. Glad to hear a positive review.
  17. Neighbor recently installed a rooftop. Numbers didn't sound attractive to me, but it was under 20 years.... SunPower Corp had an integrated roofing tile product out several years ago. Made good money off that stock ticker!!
  18. The little 'honda' units are quiet as can be, and will 'get you through'. They're expensive vs. the 5kw units but their form factor and sound level are worth the price of admission.
  19. I've got a secure coop and covered run attached, but we do let them out when home. We have lost a few to predators when they roost in the run, the coop has been good so far. We lure them in there over the winter to help them keep warm. We have them trained with a bell and scratch. Ring ring ring, throw scratch into the coop, takes about 8 seconds to get all 16 of the in there.
  20. Me neither... and as much as I hate to send eyeballs their way... boom: Little google-fu goes a long way!
  21. The AC-130 has got to be one of the most versatile planes ever designed.... sure got their moneys worth out of that airframe.
  22. Heck if it isn't ironic I stumble across this corner of the interwebs tonight.. http://www.youmeandtheafter.com/2021/10/vietnam-1967-1969-life-and-times-1-4.html?m=1
  23. Similair story with the mayor of Rochester, NY (my old home)... campaign money for personal expenses, cops a plea deal, 'retires' dec 31st, keeps all her bennies. Her husband got pulled over with a brick of coke and an AK...Ohhh, we're estranged, I dunno nuffin bout dat. Time to just shoot em.
  24. Ha! Arm brace, extended mag.... how did they ever shoot that scene in Kalifornia?
