  1. Hi and welcome Sam. I have transfered several firearms through MidTN Pawn. Good place to do business with.
  2. Where in TX are you moving from? I was in Victoria for 5 years.
  3. I can't say it a SIG that is or is not the problem because I have never owned a SIG and know nothing about them. However, I can say that your AR should not jam just by resting the mag on the ground to assist in aiming. The Mag catch should stop it from going up far enough to hit the BCG. If you have a malfunction the first thing the military teaches it to slap the mag bottom to seat the mag, rack the charging handle to eject the round and pull the trigger again. So if the mag is going up far enough to cause a malfunction then the slapping of the mag to drive it into the Bolt Group ain't gonna do noting but drive it into the bolt harder.   I would look at the mag release and see if it is out  of tolerence. They are very cheap and easy to replace.
  4. I just joined myself but welcome. I have family in the Byrdstown area.
  5. Hello All. Just found this site today and seems like there are a lot of good resources in here. Love to share some of my knowledge and get some as well. May 19th I had 2 AR's a Remmington 870, a Bersa Thunder Pro 45 UC, a Taraus 24/7 Pro DS 9mm, and a Rohm 22 LR 9 shot pistol stolen in a home burgulary. The 2 AR's, one was an Adams Arms piston gun base carbine that I had a quad rail on. The other was one I completely built myself. I will try to post a pic of it. It was chambered in 7.62x39mm it had a straight fluted stainless steel barrel. Well apparently I can't post a pic yet or I can't quite figure it out yet. I will post a pic of it when I get to chance to or when I figure it out.
