M10-Mac 10. Owners/Shooters Enter
WarPig replied to WarPig's topic in National Firearms Act (NFA) Regulated
Thanks for the heads up!! I was on their website this afternoon thinking, "why can't I add anything to my cart? I guess I'll have to call in the morning." I'll email them tonight. I would love to find a gen 1 because it looks like the rate of fire is about 50 rpm slower but I'll take a new one in the spring if that's what it takes. -
Better than Sean Penn playing "The Gunmen" while simultaneously saying guns should be illegal and violence in the media is ruining this country. The hypocrisy of Hollywood...knows no bounds. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

Ok. Form 4 done. I decided on a Lage upper with threaded barrel...hopefully get down to the 700s rpm. Also I will be in the market for an EO Tech in the near future. Other suggestions? I would like a traditional AR style side folding stock...with padding if possible. I also haven't decided on which foregrip. Any other things I should be looking at? And where do y'all get mags? Fact. I think you can order the set on amazon for like $10. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

Worth watching. Under "gunned" but the cinematography was raw and better than the rest. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

It showed up this afternoon. Just finished watching it. Worth the $15 bucks. For an episode 5 movie that never made theater the cinematography was pretty good. Burt was undergunned which was underwhelming. Worms change again. Apparently in Africa the nativr girls have tit jobs and awkward puns just like LA. You'll love it. Tennessee lifetime hunting and fishing license
WarPig replied to Losvaqueros's topic in Hunting and Fishing
I got mine for $9 for the disabled veteran...I was pretty excited about that. Aaaalmost worth that broken shoulder. I was thinking about getting my daughter one but its always a gamble buying them before they express interest. So far she only likes Elmo, blueberries, and throwing rocks. 300 blackout works fine. I used the nosler black tip and the barnes vortx and both drop them like rocks out of my noveske 8 inch barrel with the can on it. I did a hunt in Texas with it (landowner wanted them all gone) and got in a mess of them and it was like fish in a barrel. Nice to have the quick target acquisition and the ability to put a lot of lead downrange quick. Taking it back down in December for another one. Use it and don't lose any sleep on the morality or efficiency. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

I have the trijicon rmr orange (i have the larger dot on my Glock 21 because I wasnt using it for hunting but for quick target acquisition) and I swear by it. When I get around to picking up the G40 I am going to put one on there as well. They are awesome. Pics when you get done. And give u a range report on it. I am seriously contemplating selling my 20 and just having the 29 and the 40 with rmr for a hog gun. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

I have more flashlights than my wife can comprehend. I think those blackout FOBs in Afghanistan did a number on my psyche about being in the dark. I have the E2D and the 6PX (im fairly certain thats the nomenclature) and both are great. I every day carry a streamlight protac 2L because i am prone to losing expensive things but cheap stuff will survive forever. Its a great light though, I use it every day. I also like that it will go down to 10 lumens if I need to read something. I would rate the 2L at 40 yards (easy). The only light my eyes can see at 100 yards clear is my Streamlight TLR1 HL. Its almost 600 lumens. Really too much light for a taclight. It sounds like you need something like that or a spotlight. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

I will let y'all know when I get it what condition its in and what it has inside. I was just asked "do you want to keep this?" Like thats a serious question. Some people's kids! Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk -
Gentlemen, here is the long and the short of it. I may have walked backwards through a corn field (which I highly discourage doing) and ended up with a Mac 10 in my Trust. Its a whole story but a guy sold his company to another company and the thing needed a home and it was easier for him to sell it to me for nothing than deal with other means. Its all legal, he would just have rather a shooter have it than a company or his ex wife. 1) find of the century 2) WTF do I do next?? I own sbrs, sbs, aows, and silencers but never been down this road. Here are my concerns/questions. Here is what i would like to see. 45 smg with a solid foregrip, collapsible butt stock, silencer (i have one full auto rated) and a handful of mags. What I dont know is if a smg is also simultaneously an sbr (or if it depends on the registration or something quirky), if there are laws against a foregrip, what uppers to look at to get a threaded set up (578x28), where to buy mags, or...basically anything. I took a look at this thing and it just seemed like....a few more points of contact would make it significantly safer. I haven't even fired the dang thing yet. I'm sure its fine, my dad is good buddies with the guy and he is an upstanding dude. I just don't want some street sweeper pistol in my arsenal that ends up being an expensive paper weight because I don't feel comfortable getting it out when friends are around. Does anyone have any experience with these? Particularly upgrades? Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

TARAN TACTICAL MAG EXTENSIONS. Trust me, There are nothing but good things. I have a 43 on right now with the +2 and my car keys are more of a PITA. I am going to stipple the grip as well because it is a little slick compared to my 19 but knowing i at least have 9 rounds makes me justify the 43. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

Mine came in the mail this week. They look awesome. Stuck one on the 4runner and one on the gun safe. Already got asked where to get them. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

You could call call Lock, Stock and Barrel on Franklin. He has a small shop and is slow but meticulous. I'm sure he could do it for you. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk -

I just saw you work down at Vanderbilt. If Vandy PD wouldn't squawk about it I'd let ya do it on the back of my truck next time I'm down at the VA. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk -

Literally what I was about to say. Shoot it, spray CLP on it, and run a rod down it. Heck the gas you spend driving to the gunsmith already puts you in the hole for that Mosin. If its a lack of knowledge of dis and reassembling just ask...i'm sure someone lives near you and would be more than willing to help. There's not much to either of those platforms and very easy to do operator level maintenance. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk -
JK's do that. My TJ wasn't as bad but it ALWAYS showed little to no oil in it unless the engine was warm. Design flaw I guess. I changed the oil on mine myself every 3 months (it didn't get 3-4k a quarter) and even with a little extra oil than recommended to test it and it still showed there wasn't much in when the engine was cold.

Ladies and Gentlemen. I give to you the first XM42 flamethrower to hit the great state of Tennessee. Made by Ion Productions. This. Changes. Everything. For your viewing pleasure. Now to go find that pesky beaver dam... For some reason the video showed up on the website on my computer but not on Tapatalk. If anyone knows how to fix that please let me know. I have a question for everyone.
WarPig replied to Dolomite_supafly's topic in Survival and Preparedness
Still the best advice you have ever given me. I was at a buddy's house this morning after the rain last night and water was dripping in his rain barrels for hours. I looked around the trees and grass and it was soaked. 5 years in the military including a SERE fast course, Eagle scout, and 32 years on this planet paranoid that any minute this whole fairy tale was gonna come unglued and I had never thought of that. Having said that, to respond to the original question, my weakness is bug out (I found out this week) I have an impressive bug in for a novice, one I will fortify and refine over the years to come. But if I needed out in an hour I found myself lacking this week. (We found mold in our house and had to bounce so i tested my theory) i sold my truck for an SUV and man it jacked my plan up. LESSON OF THE DAY: TEST YOUR PLAN FOR FAILURES!! Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk -
Let me say though, that safe will hold 2 shotguns, 2 rifles, 2 ar's and a few pistols comfortably without scratching the shit out of something. If you are even close to that you should go out to tractor supply when they put their Cannon on sale from 1k to 600 bucks and buy it. My dad has one and it has some room in it. They discount it twice a year. Black friday and fathers day. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
