I just moved to the area, and wanted to go zero some rifles in, however the two ranges i can find "Maury County Gun Club"  and "Charlie Haffner Memorial Range" all seem to be gun clubs that require membership before you shoot.    I don't want to commit to a club the first time I shoot, and would like to just bring some friends to shoot without expensive memberships. Is there any place to do that near Spring Hill, TN ? 

If your a cooper guy are you a believer in the scout rifle format? Been eying that Ruger for a few years now -Chris

My name is Chris Taylor and I moved to Spring Hill and work in downtown Nashville in janurary. I was a member of the IDPA club in Charleston, SC and am looking to get back into shooting again after being mostly inactive(outside of range visits and bench fire).    For IDPA I used a S&W M&P Pro 5' 9mm with a comtact holster and a blackhawk magazine belt carrier. I also enjoyed shooting my Ruger SR40c and M&P Shield in BUG matches.    I am hoping to try 3-GUN soon, as I would like to get more practice of moving and firing with my AR-15(S&W M&P15), and my Mossberg 930 SPX.    I am also an NRA Life Member.
