Funny you should mention this as there was an article back around February on restaurants and what happens when the next gen steps in to take over or in some cases another person buys it and keeps the name. A lot of bbq joints went downhill or just shut the doors not long after the founder passed or sold it. Bbq is truly a labor of love.

Mom and pop shops still carry them separately. Big box buys in bulk and only supports bulk style sales.

Given the company that did the study and the criteria for the study I can see how that list was compiled. And not 1 city in NC made the list ? pfff !

The model you posted a pic of looks like a early 43 or pre 43 which is a J frame. The 63 Garufa linked is the same frame but different (larger) grip. That can always be swapped for a smaller grip if you need/want it. Fixed vs adjustable sights depends on the model you're considering. The top gun in the pic is a model 34 kit gun with adjustable sights
