Welcome to TGO. Have you been able to capture them on any of the cameras you mentioned ? If it were me I would obtain solid evidence of them trespassing then seek out a higher authority to plead my case. This may require you to spend more on cameras but well worth it if it's causing you this much grief. That's a lot of acreage to keep watch over, especially in the area you show to be in. This was my first thought as well. I can see a Loctite brand adhesive or similar holding up a sink but most caulk does well to hold itself to a surface much less a fixture to the wall.

This big heavy b*stard poked his head out of the safe at me the other day so I thought I'd take him out, take a couple pics, and throw him up for sale just in time for Santa to deliver him to a new home. Egyptian Hakim 8mm mauser Clean specimen but it's not without its "character" which shows up on the stock more than anywhere else. Metal has tons of stamps and markings and a more knowledgeable collector of these can probably identify more about it than I can. It comes as you see it with 1 included magazine. My goto would be ventilation but since your plumber buddy scoped everything out that rules that out. How long ago did it start ? Assuming your on city water any changes with where they get their water or what they treat it with ? Ruling out where its going my next stop would be whats being used ( soap and water ) and since you swapped out soap only thing left is the water.

Everything I've heard (this is without seeking it out) is the guy got what he deserved. Not my opinion mind you, just the vibe I've observed.
