Ruger New Model Blackhawk "Buckeye" Edition For those unfamiliar this was a limited run issued by Ruger for Buckeye Sports in what I believe to be 1988-1989. As usual with limited runs they quoted only 500 of this model exists but I've never done the leg work to verify. I just know this one is new in the box and have been in my Ruger collection for a long time. Time to see if someone else wants to add it to theirs. Chambered for 38-40 / 10mm. The 10mm cylinder has never been spun and only left the wrap long enough for a pic. 6.5" barrel. It has the Buckeye blossom etched into the top strap to indicate the limited model and has a SN special to this run. Box isn't mint but really good for it's age. Only trade interest would be a collectible on my short list and those are pretty specific anymore. $1500 I'm in east tn but travel occasionally and I'm also not against shipping it if that's whats needed.

Mac's advice is spot on. When I read your above post what stuck out to me is "reduce cardio and cut out your worst crutch by whatever means necessary". Sometimes a complete shift in diet helps tremendously. That's not to say hit the drive thrus but if you are doing a particular routine switch it up. I don't calorie count that often but I maintain balance for each meal. So for many years now I measure each meal with a certain % of fat, protein, carbs, etc for whatever I'm doing that day or that week. And don't get tunnel vision over that 5# goal. Focus is one thing, obsession is another. You have 2 holidays coming at you so save some of that cardio for dodging those heavy meals at the in laws or at home . Good luck !

It would help to know what brand the gun is. I assume its an internal cocking coach and not a rabbit ear, although there are some that exist where you can cock the rabbit ears back then lock the chambers. The tang safety typically locks out the trigger or triggers but doesn't block the set firing pins from discharging during a fall. But there again it depends on the gun being discussed. Some of your newer HD coach models have a safety that freezes the entire internal operation so accidental discharges are minimized.
