Looks like they are warming up, rofl.

Me and JSJR will be driving up Saturday.
Still on the hunt for an ar15-22 from Colt, a stainless marlin lever, and the ported marlin lever they use to make. got a couple to trade on I am bringing too.
It's usually a great show for us.

hey jubil,
I was given the same "never clean it, take it to a smitty" line when I bought my first one. Lucky for me there are places like TGO and youtube that can be a tremendous help. It's also a help if you have the breakdown schematic for your gun. I downloaded mine sometime back. I also found a manual on how to field strip (manual is better than YT video) .
They are great pieces ! Congrats !

I thought someone was making a knock off of the Browning. Seems like it was coming out of Brazil. That's a great little .22, BTW. It's also a nice little collection. Would be something to purchase from your MiL and pass on to a son or grandson... or to someone, say, LIKE ME! I'd love to have all of them!
I was thinking the same thing moped. I could have swore the last gun show I attended someone was carrying one around with INTERARMS stamped on it. He tried to tell me it was made by browning and they just put their stamp on it but I wasn't convinced.
Neat little guns though. Always loved how it breaks down.

If challengers have any sense at all they will make sure to include in any ad campaign that the incumbent voted yes on this legislation...so I don't see any real danger of anyone forgetting.
I agree. Anyone who doesn't vote YES and decides to run against someone who did next election will have kryptonite in their pocket. Sad thing is, O-sheeple are starting to fall in line with his way of thinking. "LET BIG BROTHER TAKE CARE OF YOU" so the biggest issue I see is keeping the kool-aid drinkers out of the booth !

Something always told me not to bother stepping foot into CCA. This thread further solidifies that.

I'd be up for a meet & eat if it doesn't conflict with my knitting classes
Keep me up to date on when and where

oh yeah I forgot this bit. There was one table with various stuff on it that had a handmade sign that said " Spuds was framed"
Not sure what that was about
actually mike it read "spuds wuz framed", lmao
wanted to ask him about that but he was engaged in conversation and I never got back around to his table.
I thought it was a great show. Crowd seemed like it just kept coming in. Spotted a heap of lever action's and while I am searching for the "one" to bring home all the prices were a tad out of my budget.
Sks's were untouchable for the most part, but I did manage to make some local happy. I shouldered a clean matching numbers chinese around for most of the show but was asked about it just before leaving. I shot him a "leaving the building" deal and he took it. We were both happy
I spotted a tempting AR on one table $650 OTD. Only thing stopping me was the upper and where it came from. But for the price I was still tempted.
Still looking for that s&w or colt ar-22. Never saw any ftf models walking around and dealer prices varied from $500 to $650
. But everyone has a figure they need to get I guess.
All in all I was pleased with the turnout. See old friends, make a couple new ones, and be among like minded people.

ROLLLLLLLLL TIDE !!!!
Hopefully this will be the last I have to hear about Tebow for a while. The media, like soooo many things, has shoveled bucket loads of teblow crap onto my t.v. for far too long. I mean, c'mon, they go into an orgasmic state talking about him (the announcers) when I am watching a game where 2 teams are playing, neither of which is Florida ????!!!!????
Isn't that like talking about a nascar race and gordon or johnson while they are showing tennis ? lmao
TEBOW TEARS are nothing new by the way. Just google "tebow crying".
First class guy ? really ? how many of us on here know him personally ? I only know what the media tells me through my squawk box and what I see him do on the field, which is what every player does when they are out there, do what they signed up to do.
But not to sidetrack, I hope bama brings one home for the SEC.
ROLLLLLLLLLLLLLL TIDE !!!

Getting out the snow chains,he he he, toboggan, gloves, heavy snow suit, and I will be standing in line saturday morning
I heard a rumor about the last show. I heard the powers that be (gun check guys) were coming out into the parking lot to strap guns for those that either hadn't gotten a chance to check them in or those that always linger near the entrance.
Personally I think anyone who shows up to a show and gets remotely close to the entrance should have to buy a ticket. I know there are some that show up and never have any intentions of going inside. This irritates me. If you come to a show to "sale" or "trade" or even "buy" you should at least have the courtesy to purchase a ticket. I guess it falls back on morals & ethics , some people just don't have them

Sorry about that. Guess I should have tried it first, lol.
It's fixed now

Just wanted to let everyone know there is a gun show this weekend in Greeneville,Tn. Put on by the Great American Gun & Knife Show. Last one was pretty good.
Details & coupon here- http://www.mwxmarketing.com/Gun_home.html

I went saturday as well.
Parker collection
M1 carbines
Cowboy pistols with hand engraving and scrolling
Overall show was excellent. Several deals to be found depending on what you were looking for.
-
This show is always great. NO cotton candy, peanuts, or flea market items, just the things you show up to see...........sweet sweet FIREARMS. Some pretty amazing collections last year. There are a lot of older guns that are not for sale. But you will always manage to find something. Besides that, it will give you a break from hearing those tazers !!!
I will be there

Used diapers?

Well if we are voting for a real life american badazz turned movie star I don't think anyone could trump MR. AUDIE MURPHY.
I mean for just the movie star side of it my pick would have to be Mr. Eastwood but for someone that lived it, then played himself living it, Mr. Murphy smokes anyone else I can think of.
His awards are overwhelming !
-
ROFLMAO
I was hoping someone would post a link to this.
George Stephanopoulos had it on his show under the "funnies" last Sunday and I was rolling.
And The basket bunch is never wrong ! LMAO

Husqvarna all the way.
Just finished sawing up some trees in my fence row with it a couple hours ago. It had been sitting since march without use. push the compression release, pull choke, pull once. push choke in , push in compression release, jerk it and go. FLAWLESS !!
I use to have a mowing and landscaping business and used just about every brand out there and every device. I won't say there is no other brand to have because STIHL,ECHO, and even SHINDAIWA make good products but just as another member pointed out, make sure you are getting commercial grade. It cost's more but well worth it.
I've had a 395 XP for several years now. It's under the "professional forest and tree care" series of saws but when I buy tools, like any real man I go FULL BORE, lol. it's a 7 horse saw that sound's like you are carrying a dirt bike engine around with you. feels like it too at around 20 pounds or so. Luckily I am overgrown. BUT, no need to apply pressure when you go to sawing stuff up. Just lay it on the log and press go, ha ha ha.
And just to show my support and my belief in husq, I also have their professional 2 horse weed trimmer and their professional 1 1/4 horse gas hedge trimmers.
Only issue I have is finding stuff to mangle and destory
And if you don't think their weedeaters will stand the test of time. As soon as I got it home I modified it to accept .130 thousandths line. Factory line for it was .85 or .90 i think. I've used it with that line for several years now without it ever showing a sign of failure.
Sorry to rant on but I love my power tools ALMOST as much as my guns

The curiousity was too much so I looked up Herenton......WOW, lol, that looked like a smaller scaled version of obamamania. Whatever this guy decides to run for he won't be getting support in my area.
And I think Beck,Boortz,Limbaugh, and others like them all have their purpose. I don't take everything they say to 100% truth because that would just be asinine. But they do a good job getting you headed in the right direction on issues. I would have never investigated Van Jones record further if it had not been for Beck. I feel like these guys are paid to "watch the gate" for the bad stuff those in D.C. are trying to pull over on us but they also like to entertain so they will go off on tangents from time to time at which point I can just change the channel or turn it off. They do hold some informative value in my opinion.

I would get a infrared lazer of some sort, highest power I could find, and start practicing my aim toward those peeping binoculars. I don't know what the effects would be if you were peering through a pair and a high intensity lazer came into focus, but I imagine it might not be too healthy on the eyes.
All of this, of course, from inside my home in sniper fashion
Lane Kiffin leaving U.T. !!!!
