  1. This is not supposed to be ready to implement until 2020. It won't survive the next president. It'll be another stupid idea dropped like a hot rock, as if it were never proposed.

According to the world news last night it's slated for a release in 2030.Although women libs want it by 2020.

A lot can happen politically in 14 years.
  2. Only thing I can assume after watching it multiple times (and we are on a gun site afterall :) ) is there is a gun being used that wasn't invented in 1913 ?? I'm not familiar with old military but I am familiar with dumbass movie f'ups, lol.

  3. Love him or hate him, there's no denying that Jimmy Fallon is a talented dude!

Agree 100%. I don't care for several of the many people he can impersonate, young, dylan, springsteen, etc, but WOW can he do a good job. More than that though the guy has an incredible ability to talk uptight celebrities into doing embarrassing stuff.
  4. Agreed 100%.

Another problem with Tesla is that I have yet to see a charging station for one. But tesla does look better than any other EV on the road. Chevy Volt was second. The new Bolt, the Prius, Leaf, all look hideous.

We have had well over 100 years of advancement and innovation for the internal combustion engine, technology for electric vehicles will simply take time.

Several charging stations in west knoxville.

Although I think they call them Testacle's
    :) :)

  5. Dumb and Dumberer is the only movie I've ever walked out of. I was pretty close in Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector.

I can't believe I used to have time to see movies like that in the theater.

I can only think of one thing that would have made me sit through both of those train wrecks. Hope you married it :)
  6. If you paid with PayPal you can get your money back. Otherwise eBay may suspend his account if he doesn't return your money. Visa also does guarantees, just not sure if eBay is covered.

This is very important. Only way I conduct business now because of scumbags.

  7. Your chances of refund depend on how embedded he is with ebay. Has he been on there a while ? A lot of feedback ? The more the flake he is the less chance you will have. I have filed a complaint and ebays first step as part of protocol use to be to tell both parties to attempt to work it out. Next level use to be ebay taking their steps at getting a refund.

    How did you pay ?
  8. Honestly, it's been a long time since I really cared what groceries cost. I guess if you spend more time earning money, you have less time to fret over prices. If grocery prices doubled tomorrow, I'd still eat, and there's little I can do about it,

You and I have GOT to go grocery shopping together :biglol:

  9. I was given the chance to tour this area several years ago. Our tour guide was a Texas federal judge who was very well versed in this. When the feds showed up to serve the warrant they first went to the local sheriff to inform him of this. He told them if they wanted Koresh he would just call him and have him come in as he and David played domenos fairly often. The feds told him not to bother they would handle it and the rest is history. Also within days of the end the whole place was bulldozed, buried and a chain link fence was installed around the whole place.

Hmm, that part sounds familiar

  10. The price of bread is what set off the French Revolution. Women started it.

My point is the prices of everything has been going up and portions are getting smaller to make up the difference. When was the last time you got a full shopping cart for $100?

It doesn't seem to bother those buggies being supported by O. I see $200 + totals with SNAP daily.
  11. I do most of the grocery shopping and taught my wife to look at the unit price.

Yes that box of cheerios may be the family size or on sale, but look at your cost per cheerio...or oz/lbs/etc.

Been doing this for years. Not foolproof but you get closer to getting your money's worth.

  12. I feel better now knowing there are kindred spirits out there that notice such things. I am not alone in this world! You are right, I remember when TP rolls actually rubbed the arms of the bracket and I recently had a paper towel roll that kept falling out of the dispenser because it was too short. Sorry to bother you folks with my rant but my wife gets tired of hearing it.

If all the above bothers you then I suggest you NOT investigate into what's in your food, lmao. That will send you over the edge :)

  13. Saw a pbs episode about a similar machine out in the Midwest. Supposedly where all confiscated border weapons are destroyed.

This machine had 3 levels of death where the last one pretty much made powder out of larger clods of powder.

I got a chuckle when they showed the guy sifting through to check for leftovers ,lol. Liberal genius to think a trigger that slips through might "Christine" back into a full, dangerous weapon :)
