I received this reply to the second email I sent them. Not sure if they read my email about going to my bank or not. This isn't what I wanted to hear about an item that was said to be in stock but at least they finally replied

I sent them a 3rd email this morning at about 9:30 explaining that I was gonna tell my bank to get my money back if this wasn't resolved. How long should I wait for a response before I talk to my bank ?

Thanks for the tip. I just sent them a 3rd email telling them that I would turn them over to the fraud department if they don't resolve this soon. I'm sick of companies like this.

I am kicking myself for not doing more research before ordering . If I can just get these douchers to respond so that I can get my money back I won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.?

I ordered one of their 80 percent lower kits that was in stock. I received a order confirmation but nothing else and it has been 3 week with no other info from them. No shipping confirmation , no product delivered. My emails have not been replied to and nobody answers the phone. They charged my debit card the day that I ordered the lower. Just curious if anybody else has this issue. I also think that it's strange that they can send me emails about new products and update their fb page about new products but can't fulfill orders or have any kind of customer service.

I have thought about just fixing my self instead of sending it back and having to wait. I may still do that . I mainly just wanted psa to know that an upper with a severely canted gas block an half threaded on flash hider somehow made it threw quality control. If it would have stayed on the ups truck much longer the flash hider probably would have fell off in the box because it was so loose.

I have ordered several ar15 uppers and various other parts from psa over the last few months. Last night I received the latest upper that I have ordered and I wasn't very pleased with it. It is the 223 wylde upper with the 15 inch free float rail that they were offering a couple of weeks ago. I pulled the upper out of the box and the flash hider was only about half was screwed onto the end of the barrel. Under further inspection the low pro gas block is canted so far to one side that it is making contact with the "free float rail". I emailed psa about this but haven't heard back yet.

Psa premium kits offer the same fn barrels that the big names use in their builds so I have a hard time understanding why the snobs think my psa is junk. Lol

Well, you guys twisted my arm and now I have one of the 300 blackout pistol kits on the way. This will be my first ar pistol and my first 300 blackout. I'm pretty excited.

Psa's speeding shipping continues. I placed and order for their premium mid length rifle kit at 12:30 today and at 2:00 I got a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Says it will be here by the end of the day Wednesday . I'm loving the free shipping also. I'm excited to try out their premium line.
