    As stated earlier. I bought the last generation of them. No issues. Period. It shoots very well. Very quick to aim. Fits my smaller sized hand very well.

    I used the 0000 steel wool on mine. And went very lightly and slowly. Just as I was instructed by everyone here. In my humble opinion it went well. The hardest thing for me was to not get in a rush. My worst enemy is my impatience.

    It is a Ruger 77 in 308. The finish on the rest of the rifle is very nice in my opinion. Just the stock had some dings and scratches. Will make a fine deer rifle I think?
