  1.     Unless something gets added on the day of the event for that stage............LOL
  2.   You have 45 seconds to clear all of the course of fire.  Any steel left standing does count against your score.  Be lucky, John called me earlier and I mentioned a 20-25 second par time for that stage.
  3. We will be designing the night match stages at the range before going to lunch after the day match.  There will be plenty of steel and moving targets on the night course..
  4. The proposed COF for the Zombie Match:  http://www.mctsclub.com/Fall%20Zombie%20Match%202013.pdf   COF can change up to match date.   Competitors for the Night match will need to be at the range by 4PM for a shooter meeting.  All weapon mounted lights will require holster that will fit the weapon.      3 Divisions: Handheld Weapons mounted Weapons mounted / Laser
  5.   not in your mag carriers.  Weapon and additional ammo is away from you.  You are in bed watching TV without your concealment nor your mag holders as normal people would do.  Holster was only on for a safety concern after the stage is finished.   TJ made the correct statement that there are other clubs that have done this type of scenario for a more realistic feel.
  6. New rulebook does not have any instance that specifies that any COF has to be neutral friendly to a certain division.  The COF states that the mag carriers are not to be used however most people used their front pockets to stow the magazines.  3 ACs were there and numerous MDs from clubs were there and had no issues with the way the stage was designed nor administered concerning earned penalties.
  7. There will be a new IDPA club opening in Cookeville soon.  I will be traveling to it this week or next to review the range for specs.
  8.   I did not steal Norma's phone.  She is the one actually talking smack for the first time publicly.  Which one of you are corrupting my Norma?  She was so nice and innocent before.
  9.   Justin,   You know me better than this, disappointed in the baseless assumption.  I have NEVER allowed any shooting of the stages prior to the  3 sanctioned events we have held.  I have even DQ'ed a match worker at last year's match to keep the integrity in tact.
  10. I am liking some of the features/reviews of the VersaMax and may consider this one also in the near future.  Tim Calhoun is working on some for a possible go at it in that sport.  If all else fails with these ventures, I go back to the FN SLP model, great model.
  11.   It is blue not purple.  I do prefer to shoot pump shotguns more.  If I shoot more 3gun type events it will certain make it at some point.
  12. Scores will be posted tonight along with the classifiers.    Thank you everyone in attendance.  Hope to see  you at the Music City Cup on November 2nd.   http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/70912-music-city-cup-iii/   Great PRIZE table available.  Prizes are done at random drawing.
  13. I will be at the range in the morning to continue setup beginning at 9 am - 9:30 am until it is completed. Any help is appreciated.

  17.   Funny Robert.  You still remember last year's fiasco.
  18.   Yes, I am posting stages.
  19.   Funny, this is not the Nationals!

  21. Montgomery County Sportsmen Complex.
  22. Most of the weed wacking completed on MCTS side. Shed in field and road between ranges done. Bay 1 completely done. Parts of Bay 2 completed hour to hour and half left  Bay 3/4/5/6/7 about 30 minutes for them. Tomorrow (Sunday 10/13) burning all material that needs it, finish up weed wacking, cleanup after NTPS afternoon session and redoing the plastic on the wall sections. Next weekend on Sunday, we will begin setting up the stages on both sides(after NTPS side is mowed and weed wacked - 5 bays minimum). Any help given is appreciated. Field will be mowed on Sunday.
  23. John has went with the famous movie theme for the CoF.  One of these stages is similar to the new Match Official shirts for the Music City Cup III in November.  CoF:  http://www.mctsclub.com/10192013%20IDPA-2.pdf
  24.   No reason to talk yourself out of it.  Great day of shooting with lots of stages that day.  All you need is IDPA membership and the classifier on 10/19.  You will be set.  We will have a regular 5 stage match on the 10/19 also.  Don won the match in its first year but pulled a no show the next year.  Then he picked up 3 gun and never went back to defend his title in SSP.
