We will not have a steel challenge match tomorrow. We will reschedule it. Good news, we will use this time to have an outlaw steel match instead.

It was a great day of shooting. Not as bad of range conditions as I expected with the previous day's rain. Congrats to King and John for a stellar performance.

Update: The scheduled Music City Tactical Shooters IDPA match for tomorrow may be changed to Outlaw Steel depending on the weather. We certainly will have more than enough IDPA events to offset the required 6. Never fear, we will be shooting tomorrow regardless of the format.

Music City Tactical Shooter is hosting an IDPA match this Saturday. We will have 5 stages available. Start time same as normal. I don't have the stages from the MD yet but rest assure it will be challenging.

I will be hosting an IDPA Certified Safety Officer class in late January or early February 2015. You will have to take an online test with a passing grade before taking the range test at MCTS. Email (President@mctsclub.com) or call me (615.332.5206) to reserve your spot.

We will take people up until the 1st two stages are torn down for resetting stage 3 and 4(should be around 7:00 -7:15 pm)

We will be hosting our last USPSA match of the 2014 season this weekend. I know Robert will have some great stages planned. As soon as I get them, I will post them to the site.

It will be IDPA. In 2015, we will be running IDPA on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays. USPSA on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday. We will have some steel in future matches, but chances of me carrying steel for an outlaw match each time to the indoor range(based on our available storage space).....slim to none.

Working on the stages now. Expect approx 100 rounds for this match(one stage will be 30 rounds). Weather will be great on Wednesday......what am I thinking about, it's indoors.

December MCTS Indoors #2 will be held this Wednesday 12/17/2014 at the Sumner Gun and Supply in Gallatin, TN. We will have 4-5 challenging stages to test your movement, accuracy, and overall weapons handling skills in a simulated scenario environment. Setup and registration will be between 5PM-6PM.
