  4. Holy crap. The MD just sent me the cleaned up stages. Awesome freakin match. A lot of movement to get closer shots. Huge shooting areas. John did a great job on the designs.

  6. MCTS Indoors will be hosting our weekly IDPA match Tuesday 12/08/15 at Nashville Armory, the premier indoor shooting range. Setup begins at 5pm, shooters meeting at 5:45, rounds downrange at 6:00pm. The MD has prepared 6 challenging stages (or 9pm) depending on turnout. We offer a safe and fun atmosphere and welcome new shooters. Come out and bring your friends. Our weekly matches are a great opportunity to hone your skills and improve your shooting accuracy. Any and all safe shooters and serviceable weapons are welcomed. Bring the pistol caliber carbines/race guns for NFC division.

  9. Approx 12:30-1pm. Yes, we have always allowed carbines to play for outlaw Steel, Steel Challenge, IDPA(NFC) and USPSA events.

  13. Stages are completed. I may tweak some wording or starting positions on the final COF. There is a lot of moving targets in this match. Hope to see you there!
  14. Music City Tactical Shooters will be an IDPA match this weekend on 12/5/2015 at our outdoor facilities in Dickson, TN. Setup begins at 7am, shooters meeting at 8:45am, rounds downrange at 9am. We will have 6 challenging stages this weekend. Expect approx 125 rounds minimum depending on possible reshoots.  We will have all kinds of moving targets in the stage designs.   We will have a rifle only match immediately right after the IDPA match, If there is enough interest.  This is still being discussed and worked out with the MCTS MDs.   We will also be hosting a Steel Challenge match that afternoon.  It will begin at approx. 1pm.  It will be hosted on the upper portion of the property.  Parking on the range for participants is available.   We offer a safe, fun atmosphere and welcome new shooters. Come out and bring your friends. Our monthly matches are a great opportunity to hone your skills, improve your shooting accuracy and weapon handling. Hope to see you there! 
  15. Great job Robert, Terry and Jeff. Awesome and fun match even with the rain. I will be there tomorrow to finish the range cleanup. The trailer is almost filled up for the dump. Depending on the wetness today, I will attempt to finish the burning of trash.

Setup begins at 7am, shooters meeting at 8:45am, rounds downrange at 9am. We will have 5-6 challenging stages this weekend. Expect approx 125-150 rounds minimum depending on setup constraints. We offer a safe, fun atmosphere and welcome new shooters. Come out and bring your friends. Our monthly matches are a great opportunity to hone your skills, improve your shooting accuracy and weapon handling. Hope to see you there!

  22. Bay 2, 3, 4 and 5 setup completed (including fault lines nailed down) only need targets hung.   Bay 5 classifier is not to exact measurements.   Bay 1 is left for the morning.

  24. Some clubs post their local match schedule and results directly to IDPA website. The IDPA number is only really used for classifier uploads.
