  2. Her Bond: A day after "Full House" star Lori Loughlin was ensnared in a bombshell college admissions investigation, a judge ruled Wednesday the actress can be released on $1 million bond. As part of her bond arrangement, the 54-year-old is being permitted to travel within the continental U.S. as well as British Columbia, where she is currently filming. She will have to surrender her passport in November when her projects are expected to wrap. Hubby's bond: On Tuesday, Giannulli appeared in court and was released on $1 million bond, secured by the couple's home. The judge ordered that Giannulli restrict his travel to the continental United States and surrender his passport. https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/lori-loughlin-college-bribery-scandal-charges

  5. It's a done deal. On Monday Gov. Matt Bevin (R) signed legislation making the Second Amendment the only concealed carry permit needed in Kentucky. https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/03/11/governor-matt-bevin-eliminates-concealed-permit-requirement-in-kentucky/
  6. New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) on Friday signed a bill requiring background checks on almost all firearm sales in the state. The legislation makes it a misdemeanor to sell a firearm to almost anyone without a background check, The Santa Fe New Mexican reported. The bill, which is opposed by the National Rifle Association (NRA), will go into effect in July. “It’s clear to me that the NRA isn’t going to stop trying to meddle in making this a safer state,” Lujan Grisham said Friday. “We all have a constitutional right to be safe in our homes and our communities,” she later added. Gun store owners and those with federal firearm licenses are now required by law to conduct background checks before selling a gun. All other sales, including those between people over the internet, will require a background check through a federal firearms license holder. Sales between law enforcement officers or immediate family members will not be subject to the background checks required by the legislation. The law also would not apply to antique firearms, construction tools or emergency flares. Republicans have vowed to fight the legislation, saying they will push petitions calling for a statewide vote on repealing the law, the newspaper reported. Opponents to the law argue that the bill infringes on constitutional rights to carry firearms and claim it won’t prevent crime. Twenty-five officials in the state’s 33 counties adopted “Second Amendment Sanctuary” declarations this week, The Santa Fe New Mexican reported. The declarations say the counties effectively will refuse to enforce the law. Gun control advocates and the legislation's supporters said it will close a loophole in the state law and keep weapons away from dangerous people. “They reduce the rate of women killed by an intimate partner, they reduce suicide rates, they reduce the rate of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty – they save lives,” Lujan Grisham wrote on Twitter. The U.S. House last month approved legislation that would require all gun sellers to conduct background checks on gun buyers. Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Cali.) applauded Lujan Grisham for signing the legislation into law, encouraging the U.S. Senate to pass the federal bill. “Too many Americans have lost loved ones to the gun violence epidemic,” Pelosi tweeted Friday. “It’s time to take immediate action to save lives — which the Senate can do by voting to pass #HR8, the Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2019. #enough.” https://thehill.com/homenews/state-watch/433340-new-mexico-governor-signs-law-requiring-background-checks-for-almost-all
  7. This is troubling Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) says firearm confiscation laws portend a way that Democrats and Republicans can “come together.” CNN reported that Graham has long supported red flag laws, which allow a court to issue firearm confiscation orders for individuals deemed a threat to themselves or others. House Democrats have already passed legislation during this Congress to criminalize private gun sales and extend the instant background check for firearm purchases. They are now pressing for $50 million in annual funding to bring academia into the gun control push. The Democrats have also been vocal in their support for gun confiscation laws, and this is where Graham believes the left and right can come together. He told CNN, “I haven’t really looked at the House package, but this is to me the area where we can come together.” Graham has scheduled a March 26 Judiciary Committee hearing on the confiscation orders. California, Illinois, and Florida all have gun confiscation orders via red flag laws. California’s law did nothing to prevent the November 7, 2018, Borderline Bar & Grill shooting in which 12 innocents were killed. The law in Illinois did not prevent the February 15, 2019, shooting at Henry Pratt Company, where five innocents were killed. And the Florida law did not stop the August 26, 2018, shooting at Jacksonville Landing or the January 23, 2019, shooting at SunTrust Bank in Sebring. A total of eight innocents were killed in the two Florida shootings. CNBC noted that Graham’s willingness to “[hold] a hearing on gun control is … a remarkable development in the GOP-dominated Senate.” https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/03/09/lindsey-graham-democrats-gop-can-come-together-for-gun-confiscation-law/

  14. When it raises up off the grill at the 1 min. mark it looks like the under side has been split. The only times I've had it is after it's already been cooked so I'm not sure of the cleaning process.

  16. It will probably be .320. The balls I cast for my rifle drop at .313 and they just barely slide into the chambers.
  17. I checked yesterday and found out mine was still pending also. You can check your status @. https://promotions.vistaoutdoor.com/EN/US/Home/Lookup It seems to be picky about the zip you enter. I put in the 9 digit and it came back with no results, but just using the 5 digit zip it worked fine.
  18. I moved mine by myself using those "Super Sliders". It's a little tough getting them under and out-from-under, but it can be done.
  19. I went to a local gun show Sat. and came home with a new toy. I spotted this ugly chunk of metal and wood way back on the back of a table and when I picked it up, it was even uglier but couldn't pass it up for what they wanted for it . It's a Dixie Gun Works kit and looks like whoever bought it originally just took it out of the box and put it together. I either got a diamond in the rough or a gun shaped paperweight but I'm going to see what I can do with it..
