So far I'm totally impressed with prompt shipping and what not. It's already in Memphis! I got the itch! Guess we'll test it tomorrow. I didn't order any of their hollow points because we got way to good of a deal on another site. So far no updates from that site. So we shall see.

So freaking excited. Monkey and I did a rather large order this morning of the 10mm defender and 10mm penetrator. Customer service has been excellent so far. They even shipped same day and it will be here Thursday. I cannot wait to run this through the 20 and the 29! Has anyone used this yet? Any feedback on your expierement with it? I actually found a loaf or artisanal Udi bread at the bakery in Walmart. All sorts of yummy seeds in it. Made brown rice pasta. We can get darn close now! Italian and Greek are my two comfort foods!

True. Trust me, I'd kill for real food, but the gluten makeup resembles that of thyroid protein and causes my body to attack my thyroid. That's the only reason I'm GF. That and the lack of bloating/pain. Our house is mostly meat, veg and fruit. We're not small people by any means, but for me it's a requirement, Monkey does it to support me and feel better. It's not a hipster diet in this house I assure you.

There's lots of great GF pasta out there! Don't let that be your excuse!

That sounds awesome. We're happy with the "new" house but we would love more land. We'd love to buy a huge chunk next to us from the gentleman that owns it. That might prove a tad difficult. But we're still going to give it a shot. I would love to have "family" land. Our 3'ish acres don't meet that requirement.

Just read this and saw the photos. That's such a weird spot to hit. It's not like super easy highway access, it's on the main road. Just sucks. G & L was our favorite LGS when we lived in Nashville.

Oh the dramadey of today! He was doing so good until he got to a certain point and realized they accidentally got the wrong part. But we put it together as much as possible and she's gonna be slick. Bad part: You think you've accomplished your day then your husband says "umm what's this hole in Chiquita's chest?" Evidently something happened to our Shar Pei mix and she has an open wound on her chest. Luckily I had antibiotics here so we called the vet, gave meds and cleaned it and she's hostage in the bedroom tonight until I get her in with the vet first thing in the morning. I don't know how people have kids. It would kill me. Because I've been worried about her all night. You know, because she's suffering and sleeping on a tempurpedic.

Delish! Our local Kroger sells curds! Now I know what's for dinner tomorrow!

All I can say is Monkey is superman. He's done so much today and my AR is going to be incredible! I went with FDE/black cobmo. It's gonna be gorgeous!

  :) You must've read over the part where we're finally finishing the TGO AR-15 build from the upper and lower we got a few years back. My point was that we can rant and rave all day long but on a beautiful day like today, instead of dreading what's coming/could happen, we'll be together building a beautiful rifle and changing oil. So while I could get angry and spew my thoughts about Paris, our new neighbors coming to NOLA and other things, I won't. Because it's Sunday. And Sunday means a lot of things to every one. I'm personally excited because while meeting WarPig yesterday to buy 10mm ammo, I got 2 new Machetes. Just because. So I'm gonna test those out. Monkey and I then went to our LGS and purchased all the parts to FINALLY finish our TGO AR15 build. Because what? 2 years isn't long enough? It's gonna be rad once it's finished. I'm gonna let him work on that while I change the oil in my truck. Once it warms up a bit. It's gonna be a busy, dirty and fun day here at the House of Monkeys. Happy Sunday everyone.

I gotta say I disagree with the safety in numbers, especially when at Walmart? Remember the video of the cat fight? With the little boy throwing things? Everyone stood around and watched for "fear of a lawsuit". No one helps others anymore. There's a good chance she could've been robbed and no one would give a crap. Unless a new van showed and then it would be people acting concerned. I used to shop at that Walmart in my younger single days and I never once felt safe in the parking lot. Grandma might be a bit paranoid, she might have pulled too soon and she even might have been a bit wreck less when/if she pointed it at others. But if a man walks up to me for a "light", no way I'm not at least putting my hand on my gun and telling him where he can go. The options are to the gas station at the front of that parking lot for a lighter or the heck away from me. Otherwise, something else is gonna happen. We forget too, seniors are easy targets. Especially a little, old, crazy 67 year old. I'm in no way saying she was right. I'm just saying I understand her fear.

  I can imagine that you are right about that, but I have an Auto Immune condition. My joints don't always comply with what I'd like my body to do/feel like. Which I know sounds weird when I say I love 10mm and  .45 but the thing is, my forearms and wrists have strength built up form target practice. When I shoot my shotgun or any of the rifles my shoulders, neck and back always hate me. But I would watch someone shoot one for hours! :) Like Monkey. He does long range practice with one of his rifles and I just like sitting there watching him. He gets so happy and in the zone, that in itself is fun for me.

  In the perfect world I like in I win the Mega or PB and give people money to buy their own Glocks as to not commit a felony (Straw purchase? Right?). But only people I like. LOL Then I use the rest to buy anything and everything under the sun that goes BOOM.

I called 911 for assistance with a very elderly driver. He was driving like he was in Britian. They knew exactly where I was the whole time. The dispatcher kept telling me what roads I was coming up on to confirm our location. I don't know if this is the same as what you wanted to know?

WOW. And here I was all day happy about the Bobcat caught on the trail cam behind the house carrying a dead bunny! I thought that was amazing until I saw this. Thats a beautiful wolf. Not necessarily in that position but it is understandable. The size alone is mind blowing. I didn't know the DNR allowed wolves to be shot? Maybe that's just my ignorance. I just never recall that from when I was younger. Kinda like here with Coyotes, I know they are pests but I don't know if I could ever shoot one.

  If I told you the package deal I got, the deal on the ammo and everything, you'd want to smack me. There's a reason we are loyal to the shop we buy from. They're incredible guys. The 21sf that I got, the original one I looked at was $100 more than the one I got. I asked him if they had a regular 21sf in the back and he went and looked and brought out the one I got and it was $100 less. No reason why other then they got it at a better price. NIB, never used. It's the little things like that, that make me love the guys we deal with.
