  1. Day 1 Pictures
  2. Day 1 So we woke up about 0600 and were out the door by 0730. We went and ate at Cracker Barrel and then drove to Valor Ridge. Just a tip the GPS route takes you through three states and is a big PITA. So we got to VR with 10 minutes to spare. We got unpacked and went to the classroom. We were supposed to start at 0900 but didn't because we had two people that were late. We started off the class with introductions and then Reid covered why we were here and what VR is all about. We then moved onto some more lectures and went out to the range for about two hours. We broke for lunch which was provided. Then we went back to the range where we ended about 1730. We then went and ate as a class at a Mexican restaurant. This concluded Day 1.
  3. Most policies have a standard limit of $2500 on firearms. If you want more coverage you'll need to schedule the firearms. It should cost you about $0.40 per $100 worth of guns you have.
  4. Going up there.
  5. On Friday, I slept in and got up to Nashvegas around 11. From there we left and headed toward our final destination which was Middlesboro,KY. We each split the driving time and would have made it there quicker if we hadn't stopped at Smoky Mountain Knife Works and Bud's Gun Shop. I picked up an ESEE Izula at SMKW and carried it during the class. From Seiverville we continues our trek. We witnessed an accident in Knoxville which was actually quite entertaining. We had a great drive from there. Everything was beautiful. It took us 6 hours (with stops) to get there. We arrived in Middlesboro and checked into the Days Inn which had seen it's better days. Then we got unpacked and went to a Mexican restaurant and visited WallyWorld. Then it was back to the hotel room and we hit the hay.
  6. So it's late I'm tired and got a lot on my mind. Anyone want to type out my thoughts or just put up pictures of my writing? I roughly know how to do an AAR but I'm kind of lazy after the week I've had. I have pictures and videos and will post in new thread when I get to it. Should be up by the middle of next week.
  7. Yes. I shot a M1 Garand today with Reid Henrichs today in remembrance.
  8. I'm moving it to a new thread tomorrow. Today was awesome.
  9. I like both my Laser Strike and Izula. They are great knives and are sharp as crap. Heck if you don't like it is probably take it off your hands for a small fee of course. I can't work myself too hard.
  10. Sure. I'll just do an AAR.
  11. I only saw one today.
  12. I want one of your knives. I'll have to contact you when I free up some cash.
  13. I'll post my thoughts on this thread on Saturday and Sunday.
  14. Yeah that's why I'm not buying one. I'd rather save my money for a Wilson Combat or Nighthawk.
  15. Well folks over the last few days I've acquired two ESEE knives. The first one is a Laser Strike which is black and has tan micarta handles which I bought on Amazon. The second one I bought today at Smoky Mountain Knife Works. It is an Izula kit. It's black and came with black G10 handles. I would post pictures but I'm eating. I will when I get a chance.
  16. I am having the same issues too.
  17. That's a good bunch of guns they have there.
  18. The gun definitely has a cool factor. What did you pay for it? I was looking at one but stopped searching when I couldn't locate one and when I saw the price.
  19. What do you guys use? Right now I have a few cheapo sharpeners and a mediocre electric one but am looking for something better. Price is a consideration for sure and I am open to about anything. I've been looking at several whetstones.
  20. I just purchased an ESEE Laser Strike today. I'll let you know what I think of it.
  21. Reminds me of Nick from Men In Black.
