Got my dad a Springfield 1911 for Xmas
tennesseetiger replied to tennesseetiger's topic in Show and Tell
We still haven't taken it out and shot it yet because of the weather but I'm hoping to some time this week. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk -
I actually like the Chattanooga 1816 Cask 113.9 proof. Really good and not too hot going down. Yall should give it a shot...no pun intended lol Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk

That is correct. They give you a small plot of land which is pretty cool. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk

You have to be recommended by a current squire. That's my understanding anyway. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk

I will not be one of the people buying that gun

Merry Christmas big guy

Any of you guys hiding in here...? I actually got a really cool gift this year from my dad. My Grandfather and my Dad are both Jack Daniels Squires and they nominated me to be one for Christmas and I just got my deed and my squire card last night. So cheers

Coming from a guy that used to live in Huntsville I don't take this stuff lightly...everybody be safe and keep an eye on the weather. But it's definitely not global warming lol Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk

Google to invest $500M in new Clarksville data center
tennesseetiger replied to Pete123's topic in General Chat
I work with both Peak10 and Windstream fairly regularly...we have our cloud in Peak10 and we manage a few clients who are currently in Windstream. Hoping i'll get a tour of the Google facility when it gets up and running. -
I've actually never had it honestly. I had the 23 earlier this year "not a bottle, but a couple of glasses" and it set the bar pretty damn high lol not sure what to expect of the 15 but I'm going to crack it open on Christmas and enjoy it with my dad. That much I do know.

Why are pickup trucks so expensive?
tennesseetiger replied to TripleDigitRide's topic in General Chat
Very very true....which is why you see lifted trucks running around everywhere. 9 times out of 10 they are pavement pounders that wouldn't ever see a gravel road let alone actual mud or woods. -

I actually think we are in an auto bubble at the moment...lenders have made it pretty easy to get cars therefore people are paying stupid prices for them and getting stuff they can't afford with huge interest rates. My 2015 Dodge Ram 4x4 "which is loaded from top to bottom" listed at like $51,000...didn't pay that obviously and I had a huge down payment with my 2010 I traded in, but the prices are certainly higher than what I remember from even 5 years ago when I bought that one. I bought a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4x4 for $15,000 with 14,000 miles on it before my 2010 if that puts it in to perspective...it has gotten a little ridiculous imo. -
That Yamizaki is some crazy stuff to me...really really smokey which I was not expecting. Very unique I guess is how I should describe it.

I got a bottle of Battlefield in October and I opened it up a couple of days after getting it. It actually opened up some after cracking the top.

Yessir! Cool Springs is my go to liquor store.

I've got 4 bottles of Weller 12...maybe I should think about getting rid of some stuff

Nashville Fairground to Stop Hosting Gun Shows
tennesseetiger replied to tennesseetiger's topic in General Chat
According to the Fair Board Chairman Ned Horton: "In Nashville, we should not wait for our children, families, and cops to be shot before we have an open and honest discussion." Am I missing something here...? I mean did a cop or child get shot at a gun show recently and I just happened to miss it...? He might want to have a serious discussion about lets say...Rosa L Parks Blvd if he's concerned about people getting shot. I can't handle stupid people...I just can't. -
I heard some rumors about this but never in a million years thought they would actually vote on it and say that they can't have the show in Nashville anymore..........................this is very surprising. Give it little while and the really "smart" people in Nashville will start wondering where hundreds of thousands of dollars per quarter disappeared to... http://fox17.com/news/local/nashville-fairgrounds-to-stop-hosting-gun-shows Williamson County Ag Center it is!
