  1. You nailed it...but you can bet your ass they will be complaining in 2017 after a democrat wins...
  2. I've had the 15 year and the 23 year. The 23 is hands down the best drink I've ever had and I'm not just referring to Bourbon's either. It's literally the best drink I've ever had.
  3. I think taking a trip on this thing would be pretty cool. I'm pretty interested in it actually.
  4. See that's how I was raised...like I said, I'm 28 and I know so many people who fall in to the "everybody gets a trophy" category and I just don't get it. Losing exists for a reason...it's so that you understand what it feels like to not be the best and it is a reminder of why you should try to win at everything. Most people in my generation are the polar opposite of that. "Everybody should win because it's fair!"  What?!?!?!?!?!?!?! No...that's not how this works. That's not how any of this works!
  5. She's got a great voice but she's just not my cup of tea so to speak...I won't be buying any of her music anytime soon BUT she did a great job.
  6. Might have been a little earlier than that but you're pretty close. I'm not sure why but somewhere around 2010-2011 it seems like bourbon got REALLY popular and I don't see it stopping any time soon...more distillery's are popping up every day with the "latest and greatest" thing. I'm good with people chasing Pappy Van Winkle all day and letting the other prices drop some though. Wouldn't hurt my feelings at all  :pleased: but at the same time, bottles of Pappy Van Winkle are probably one of the reason the prices are going up so much. Can't tell you how many times I've heard somebody compare a bottle of this or that to Pappy 10 or 15 year...and if that gets said enough about Bourbon "X" then the prices start to creep up because everybody wants it. Weller is a prime example...prices didn't necessarily sky rocket but its really hard to get now because it got compared to Pappy so many times and now everybody wants it.
  7. Lock, Stock, and Barrel is usually in the $130 range so be prepared lol
  8. I was thinking about just going the Apex route but I might give your idea a try because I'm a tinkerer at heart.
  9. Yea I have no clue what I'm supposed to find funny.............................
  10. One of my favorites. Very very good imo.
  11. People are not taking this Bernie Sanders situation seriously...the younger generation "I'm 28 btw" has fallen in love with this guy because of his "free this and free that" bs that he is spewing. Its Obama's campaign all over again..................I'm actually worried about it.
  12. The only reason it's being discussed is because we're talking about what the TN Weapon should be...considering its made here and happens to be one of the baddest rifles on the planet, it just kind of fits the conversation.
  13. Have to go with the Barrett...anything else would make no sense.
  14. Yep I saw the same video.
  15. You should give Taco Mamacita a shot too...food is just as good if not better and the scenery can be the same way  :dirty: highly recommend the Taco Royale. Last time I was at SATCO, Marie Osmond walked in and picked up some to go orders.
  16. Pulp Fiction comes to mind... "I'ma call a coupla hard, pipe-hittin' homies, who'll go to work on the homes here with a pair of pliers and a blow torch. You hear me talkin', hillbilly boy? I ain't through with you by a damn sight. I'ma get medieval on your ass."
  17. Dude speaks the truth. Love San Antonio Taco Co.
  18. Two Boots is my go to place in Nashville if I'm out late "like after 1 or 2 am" because they are open until 3:30am.
  19. I actually looked at a compact...came really close to buying it but I already have a gun that size so I went with the shield. I really like the fact that the compact is a double stack tho.
  20. do you like baileys...?
  21.  "see...what happened wuz........"
  22. It was a little bit easier for me because I kind of lean towards S&W because of how they feel in my hand vs a Glock...don't know why, I just like the feel of an M&P more.
  23. I was wondering the exact same thing...could have done it on the back roads without having to block traffic at every light etc to make sure he didn't kill somebody. Spin him on a back road and if he hits a tree or something so be it...shouldn't have been running from the cops.
  24. Sad part is what you said could actually be a part of the reason...
