Now you're going to get arguments from some antis defending their rights to free speech but making excuses as to why the government should violate your 2nd amendment rights.
-
Just made this on Paint program thinking about all the pompous remarks we hear about "needing" an assualt weapon, high cap mags etc.

Well both are on suspension then, I actually missed some of the first part, I was at the post office. Anyway, the speech was important to the gun owning community just to know how firm the NRA is going to hold to their principals. I know it doesn't make any difference to the gun-owner-hating bigots. From now on they will be reffered to as GOHB's because I don't think they hate the actual gun as much as they hate those of us who own guns and defend our rights.

I appreciate the opinions, I will leave them loaded.

I'm glad they didn't cave in to the hysterical emotions of the media and administration. On another note, I had to switch to CNN from FOX to hear the entire interview because that whatshername reporter interupted half way through the speech to say what LaPeirre already said, I think that was an idiotic move on FOX's part and i,m about to let them know. FOX is on suspension right now until they issue an official apology on their website.

Ted Nugent Nails 2nd Amendment
K191145 replied to Seabeejason's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
He's a perfect spoksman when speaking to the choir but there are a few people who may be turned off a little by his strong personality. I know there's a huge number of sanctimonious gun-owner-haters that we all don't give a damn if they are offended, but I believe there's some people who might actually listen to a good pro-2nd amendment argument and Ted's personality may be a little strong for them. Anyway, Ted's usually spot on with his opinions and I can listen to him anytime. -
I've heard that cycling them is worse, they are mostly E. German AK mags which I assume are of decent quality. I guess i,m just concerned there wont be many around for replacement or they will be too expensive. Yep, I don't think Mr. Bad Guy is going to wait while you load your magizines.

Geraldo Riviera Calls For Weapon Ban On Fox News
K191145 replied to Motasyco's topic in General Chat
Talk about age, I can remember the one and only positive thing Geraldo was ever part of and that was exposing the Willowbrook mental institute. Of course the reaction was to shut down too many institutes instead of inproving conditions at them. That Willowbrook needed to be closed, it looked like something straight out of some third world Asian communist country. -
Geraldo Riviera Calls For Weapon Ban On Fox News
K191145 replied to Motasyco's topic in General Chat
I can't stand Geraldo no more can I stomach Matthews, Oberman, or O,Reilly or many more of those bozo's. I really stopped watching O'Reilly after he defended the New Orleans police when they confiscated citizens firearms after Katrina, didn't watch the loudmouth that much anyway. All of them are opinionated commontators, their only goal is to become the most popular and get the highest ratings. The only media personality (commontator) i'll listen to these days is Phil Valentine on the radio when i'm driving during that time. -
I know this has been discussed before but I want some opinions. I have a certain evil rifle stored in a case with 5 magizine compartments, I have all the mags loaded so I will have them ready for the range but I wont be going to the range anytime soon to conserve a little ammo for a while. Anyway, the same ol tired question, should I unload these "european" made magizines to keep tension off the springs if i'm not going to shoot my rifle for some time? I have heard before, yes, or it don't matter. I'm leaning towards yes, store them empty.

Communist China lectures America about gun control.

You make 50 sock, you get nickle. -
Now I didn't know that. I would much rather live in a Scruffy Little City than NYC anytime.

That part of Mexico is on CST I do believe. Maybe you live in E. TN.

You are forgetting that the Mayans were on central standard time like we are, so that means we are first.

This idiot wore the shirt with the intent to start some confrontation and get attention brought to himself, there's a segment of the population who gets their jollies by starting controversial confrontations. Defending your 1st amendment or 2nd amendment rights is one thing but this guy went out of his way to offend people, not just anti's but as I can read here pro-2nd amendment are offended by his tastless shirt also.

It's enough that we are forced to buy their cheap plastic crap on a daily basis, they can at least have the decency to keep their commie mouths shut. But I do like their MAK-90's and SKS's, a little hypocritical that they would sell those to American gun dealers huh? -
I don't know, maybe a new NRA education program, a free DVD with every firearm purchase featuring one of the few well known pro-gun celebrities, make the video entertaining somewhat, not like some boring class room video. Discuss firearm safety, storage, and as the Eddie Eagle program educates children what to do if they find a firearm, seriously discuss proper storage if you believe you have a mentally troubled child or anyone else in your home. That may sound like a silly idea but for a long time, long before this shooting I wished dealers and manufacturers provided a good entertaining safety DVD, I know everyone here has seen people at their local range that could definatly use some safety education. Of course there would be no legislation to require it, it would be voluntary. And of course that and anything else the NRA does or says will not be acceptable to the libtards.

I would bet the farm that those two Democrat legislators were advised (threatened), by certain other democrat legislators to step in line with the official agenda, or face some serious political consequences.

Well, 94 is when I bought my MAK-90, many people who may have not been interested in an AK/AR type firearm before the ban suddenly wanted one. Now we are seeing record sales and it's just talk of one right now.
