1.   Yea that's exactly what they will say, just come back at them and say, if they banned Muslims then none of them would have died.
2.   When I went to Yellowstone I saw quite a few people get out of their car and walk up within 10 yards of Buffalo to take a picture, I got out of the car to take a picture but I rested the camera against the open door, ready to sit right back down and shut the door if one came too close. Not only were they getting too close, some let their kids get too close also.
3.   Of course a human can't marry a cow, that's no bull, then again I don't see how they can charge him with any crime that he would have comitted against a human. Now if he comitted a lewd act while in view of the public that's a different story. Don't get me wrong, at the risk of sounding bovinaphobic I think sex with cows is wrong.
4. Since an animal such as a cow can't be mentally affected by sexual assualt like a human I can't see how they can charge sexual assualt, maybe animal abuse. May just be a moooot point.
5. I thought about that once, then I thought about all the work, the money on the stock, scope, bolt, ect. Instead of all that I should just buy a new Remington 700 in .308 or 30-06 and scope. Better rifle and better shooter.
6. Tin foil hat alert. I hope dealers already have tens of thousands of Mosins in stock already along with millions of rounds of 7.62x54 because I have a feeling BoBo is going to ban imports from Russia. Of course surplus ammo can be had from other countries. I have some Hungarian ammo that has brass casings, rare for 7.62x54.
7.   I always laughed at the people who believed that the moon landing was a setup because I believe as humans we have the knowhow and intelligence to land a man on the moon, but humans don't have the ability to fake something so big and keep it a secret with soo many people involved. Like you said it's nearly impossible. The only big event I might put my tin foil hat on and have doubts as to the official answer is flight 800. I'm not saying for sure it was shot down but i'm not 100% convinced with the official explanation on that.
8. Should have listened to Bart.
9. I wonder if those anti-gun mothers are aware anyone with a HCP can already keep a gun in their car in their precious parks.

11. I still think he was totally naive about how dangerous moose can be, I have had runins with many deer in my day and they always run away except for one big buck one time that snorted at me from a distance, then ran away. Anyway, if I didn't watch wildlife shows and learned about how aggressive and bold moose can be then I may think of one like a deer which is what I think this dude did, a stupid assumption on his part. I do have a problem with him posting his video online like he was proud of it. If it was on youtube we could all post about what a dumbass he was. (update) It is on youtube, i'll have to sign in later and call him a dumbass.
12. http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/A/AS_CHINA_TRAIN_STATION_ATTACK?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2014-03-01-12-32-39 But, 4 were stopped from their murderous rampage by being shot by police with guns. Too bad there wern't more guns in the hands of citizens there.
13.   Yea, pretty much so if he really believes in his oath and an individual citizens constitutional rights. Is there any limit? So if the legislator passes a law stating that it's a felony to openly blog or publicly speak critisizing the governor or legislators or LEO's, and LEO's were making arrests of people openly critisizing the government, you would accept that? They are just following orders, upholding the law, just doing their job. In reality that's just as bad of a violation of the constitution and citizens constitutional rights as going door to door making unlawful(un-constitutional) arrests and stealing a persons personal property.
14.   Ever heard of two wrongs don't make a right?  Just because there's some bad laws doesn't excuse a LEO from violating a persons constitutional rights. This is a LEO who will honor his oath.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CCbpNQC7tw
15.   I clearly remember being instructed in basic training that it is a soldiers DUTY to refuse to obey an illegal and unlawful order given by a superior officer. Principles and honor are more valuable, at least to me, than a job or career. I will not respect anyone including military personnell of LEO who clearly violates their oath and violates someones constitutional rights for the lame excuse of, "I was just following orders". No different than some of the thugs in New Orleans who comitted the criminal act of theft and assualt against law abiding citizens by stealing their lawfully owned firearms. At that point they were as bad if not worse than the looters and gang bangers there.
16. This should satisfy them.
17.   Yep, following orders to violate your constitutional rights that they swore an oath to protect.
18.   That would be an excuse for our Idiot in Cheif to ban Russian imports, especially ammo and guns.
19.   This was on the local news today, they also said Haslam had some "problems" with this bill. I guess his true MAIG's colors are showing.
20. And some think I was being a little silly one time when I said to take your gun to the bathroom if you were taking a shower or doing your business. Remember Pulp Fiction? Travolta got popped with his own weapon by Willis when he left it in the kitchen and went to drop the kids off at the pool. Of course he deserved it. :)
21.   I gave him a benifit of a doubt that he wasn't intending to have a confrontation with a moose but made bad decisions which led him to kill the moose, but then I remembered your post and thought, why in the hell did this idiot post this video online? He must have thought it was cool and macho or something which shows that he doesn't feel bad about wasting the moose. Being from and living most all my life in Tennessee I don't know much about moose except from what i've seen on tv, but from what i've seen on tv about them I wouldn't have driven closer to the moose since all wildlife shows say moose are more dangerous than bear to humans.
22. Oh yea, after thinking about it the dumbest thing this guy did was to post the video online, if he really felt bad about killing the moose I would think he would have erased the video like someone said earlier. Instead he thought he was going to be macho man, look what I did. Charge the idiot and give him a painful fine. Maybe that will motivate him to educated himself about local wildlife.
23. As some have said, this guy obviously is un-educated about how to deal with a moose. It seems like he treated it like a deer "thinking" that he could easily scare it away by yelling/barking at it, when that didn't work he thought it would run away if he drove closer to it. I don't believe he wanted to shoot the moose but freaked out when the moose charged him, he was then scared chitless and thought the moose would charge again and shot the moose. He took the moose for granted at first and made bad decisions. Personally as far as wildlife goes I see nothing wrong at all with popping a round in the ground or tree to scare something away, I use firecrackers to scare small critters away from my garden and it works, temporarly, until the little bastdids come back the next day. Animals naturally don't like loud sharp noises, now that doesn't always work but if the animal is at some distance away in your path it's worth a shot. Now if they suddenly come from the brush charging to kill you, shoot for your life.
24.   As far as a moose goes, a warning shot should be excused, I guess depending on what state your in. I think I might have popped a couple in a tree to see if that would scare him away while I was at that distance and I don't think I would have driven closer. From what i've heard moose are more aggressive and dangerous than bear during their rut. Now if the moose just started charging me I would defend myself.
