1.   Well that's the gamble of signing a contract I know, But what I was saying is that if someone signs a contract with a company and the company changes the contract and that person doesn't agree with the changes, the company can't sue for breech of contract. Actually they are the ones who breached the original contract in the first place if they changed it or added anything not agreed upon by the contractor.
2. I've seen alot of fried boards on HVAC units when I was in HVAC service, always replace them. If there's one component burned, there's probably more damaged that you don't see. Besides, one has to be a pretty skilled expert to begine to repair the delicate circuitry on a board.
3.   They can terminate their contract but can't have them charged with a crime. Any changes in rules by a company should void a current contract and a new one or agreement to the new rules should have to be signed by the contractor. Making new rules is changing a contract that has to be agreed upon by both parties. If the contractor doesn't agree with the new contract rules they should be able to opt out without civil repercussions.
4.   Uber-idiocy.   Maybe i'm getting mean and spitefull in my old age but i'm getting really really sick and tired of all these pretentious, sanctimonious, self-rightous, narcissistic, socialist, freedom hating, Constitution destroying, progressive liberal commies, (did I leave anything out?), trying to force their idiotic, illogical, fantacy utopian philosophy down our throats every minute of every day but I would love to see this Uber company go bankrupt some day. I will laugh that day, they deserve it.
5.   No risk? Sounds chicken sh!t to me. No surprise from a far left organization like the Bunch though.
6.   Oh great, now my G21 is the new evil black gun they will want to ban.
7.   9 counts of 1st. degree murder isn't good enough for them, 9 dates with the needle isn't good enough for them. It's just an excuse to get the feds involved, Obama does want a federally controlled police force and legal system in every state, I am convinced of that.
8. If this is true it puts another angle on the story.
9.   Not yet, of course the story is new so i'll have to speculate it wasn't an AR, if it was the media would go out of the way to report it as soon as they can. Or maybe the police haven't told them yet. There's a couple of security pictures of him entering the church, it's hard to tell, maybe he's got something slinged over his right shoulder.   Edit: looks like a handbag of some kind.
10. Of course the media is going with the hate crime angle but aren't all these mass killings about hate? Some worthless sociopath hates their life, hates humanity and blames society or a group of people, wants to become famous so they target a group of defenseless innocent people in revenge for their own miserable existence. I hope when they find him he will draw on police and they remove him from existence so we wont have to hear his name and see his face all over the news for years like that parasite theater killer.
11. Psycho parasite kills 9 at a church.   http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2015/06/17/white-gunman-sought-in-shooting-at-historic-charleston-african-ame-church/
12. Found this, don't know how much it helps.
13.   Well no one here lives in Arkansas but they need that one brave soul to carry and be arrested, then challenge it in the courts. Any volunteers? Hey, let's help  Kwikrnu move there, or is that too mean to ARK?
14.   I had a Colt Python many moons ago with a 'too light' SA trigger, it would fire before I was ready for it to or if I didn't have enough pressure on the trigger it would de-cock which was embarrassing. I had UD's (unintentional discharges) with it but not a ND (negligent discharge) because the weapon was pointed down range toward the target before I even cocked the hammer. I have a good habit of having the weapon pointed downrange towards a target before I cock the hammer on a revolver, take the safety off a semi, and touch the trigger of all weapons. The most that can happen if you have a UD is you miss your target. I had a gunsmith replace the seer on that Python, he agreed it was too light, I missed the target a few times because of that but no one was hurt or killed.
15.   Another benifit is it's alot cheaper for the tax payers to bury bad guy instead of feeding and housing him for a few years.
16.   Usually there is consequences for a ND. A hole in the leg or worse.
17. I hope you bud gets better, I know how it is, we get really attached to our furry friends.
18.   I know that they used to go after the mafia that way but the mafia was comitting alot of federal crimes, I guess these hood gang bangers are getting pretty sophisticated. I would think NYC would have the police and resorces to combat these common thugs. What happened to the claim that NYC was a safe city now, are they going back to their old reputation?
19.   My thinking is, if i'm in a store, room, or in the vicinity of an obvious criminal who draws a firearm with criminal intent, then I am threatened. Liberals who sit in the comfort of their home sipping their iced mocca watching the liberal news and make judgments that the poor criminal thug who was oppressed by society, wasn't intending to harm you. Not only do they know everything there is to know about everything, they also have some supernatural knowledge, ESP, that tells them who will harm you and who will not. Of course they are watching it on TV, they wern't in the store facing danger.
20. Well here's the problem, it's their instructors.
21.   I can see that, habits are hard to break, you have to replace them with different habits. In this case, "riding the trigger" is a habit that should never be picked learned and all our comments for 3 pages go right to that bad habit.
22.   Like all the North East states, even the conservatives are liberals. It's just that there is a severe lack of something, training or intelligence to have that many ND's in one group.
23. Or advertizing the latest great new revolutionary miracle drug, then going over a long list of ways it can maim or kill you.
24. http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2015/06/15/cbs2-exclusive-atf-gun-crime/
25.   Just a pipe dream but it would be cool if Ronnie Barrett bought them out, he's rich but probably doesn't have that much money. I don't remember anything NEW, products or inovation comming from Colt in a long time like some kind of polymer framed, striker fired handgun or light weight carry revolvers to compete with other companies. Maybe some real compact 9mm's or .380 besides that Mustang.
