1.   Maybe someone could feel there is a "potential" for bodily harm or death and decide to use the Threat(warning) of deadly force to end a situation before it even starts?
2.   We can't know how he felt, maybe he was trying anything to keep from killing him first. No good deed goes unpunished, I would bring that up at a Mt. Juliet town meeting, I would advise someone not try to stop a life threatening situation by warning someone, just go ahead and kill them.
3.   I have heard that.
4.   I'm going to carry anywhere in Nashville according to the laws of the STATE OF TENNESSEE. Don't care what Berry says.
5.   I don't believe it, I think a trucker from Texas is driving up and down the interstate throwing out dead armadillo's as a joke.
6.   Already replaced my grill, headlight, hood and fender a few years ago, but that was a deer. Now I only have liability so I don't need to hit anything else, my vehicle isn't worth paying collision on anymore.
7.   See quite a few dead ones on I-40 near Kingston Springs. Man I would hate to run over one, you would think their shell would tear a tire up.
8.   Seen quite a few when I was at Ft. Stewart in the 80's, they are definitely migrating north.
9. Thinking about the snake thread and talking about dead snakes on the road, I have seen many "dead" armadillo's on the side of the road but never a live one. Used to be armadillo's just didn't exist in Middle Tennessee. I recon it's just because armadillo's are nocternal, just strange seeing so many here dead or alive in Middle Tennessee.
10.   Well I admit I don't get out in the country like I used to but I have always seen a few snakes around the yard, and many dead on the road and I do drive a fair amount. Just haven't seen that many lately.
11. haven't seen many snakes in the last 2 years like I have in the past. Not even many road kill snakes, wonder if their population is down for some reason?
12. Photobucket Pic. Have you tried a different browser? Edit: I am having better luck with PB since I got this new PC with Windows 8 and I use Google Chrome as my browser.
13. When you hear one complaint about a business you really can't make a judgement but when there's several you get a pretty good idea that the business owners and employees have the issues. There's little chance that I would have ever delt with them anyway, i'm in Kingston Springs which is far away from Kingston but just hearing/reading about them I would avoid their business. A business like a store of any kind shouldn't be rude or vindictive towards their customers because it does get around and there's potential customers they will loose because of their attitude.
14.   Handgun owners should start wearing them on their sides now, sounds like they just passed a Constitutional carry law. Hey, the law says must keep my gun on my person doesn't it?
15.   Good idea, how about the ball of a trailor hitch?
16. Cool canes, I don't have a lathe but I threw this one together from a rake handle. I made it kinda quick as you can tell, it's fugly, it would have looked better if I had used a better piece of leather and laced it instead of small screws. Im sure someone may realize what it's for when they see the 3/8' x 3-1/2" bolt in the handle. If I had to use it it would probably split but hey, then I would have a sharp stick. :) I'm planning on making a stronger, better looking one some day soon. Cheap Thrills

A used Makarov in 9x18. Actually I don't think you can find a NIB Makarov.
18. How about a defensive "cane" ? I am actually making one from a rake handle, the handle is screwed and glued with a 45 degree support for extra strength. I'm going to get a 3'8" x 4" deck bolt to drill and drive into the handle for weight and a steel end cap. No one notices canes, they can't judge weather you need one or not. I have orthopedic hip and lower back issues but I don't need a cane right now but no one who doesn't know me knows that. Build your own, store bought ones are too light. Can't get busted for a cane and carry it where ever there's a no weapon sign.
19.   Yea, that would be calling her a liar or at least saying you don't trust her claim. There's no other way to see someones DD214 unless they show it to you.

21.   Here's some new stuff, what will they come up with next?   http://www.ruger.com/micros/ammo/index.html
22.   That had to be 7.62x39 they were firing. Good video, I enjoyed it.
23. Was that a Ruskie RPD? It didn't look like a PKM plus the shooters handled the recoil too well for it to be 7.62x54.
24. Just not enough healthy choices for Bear these days.
25. He's getting way more than the bear necessities.
