  1. My Glock 21 has a rail but I really don't want to put any lights or lasers on it, besides if you have a light mounted on your handgun you would have to point it at everything you wanted to see in the house and I don't want that also. Holding a light in the left hand makes it almost impossible to get a two handed grip on my handgun which I prefer over a one handed grip. So, last night I took a sports glove I had and cut a shell holder out of an elastic shell holder for a 12 guage stock, it was over streached anyway and the shells kept falling out, and sewed them together to make a flashlight glove. I think it works pretty good, I can have a two handed grip and I can light up someone I may not wish to point a handgun at. This is not a new invention but I haven't seen them advertized in any gun magizine or seen any at any gun store i've been to. Has anyone here ever seen or had a flashlight glove? This small LED flashlight I have is not a cheapo and really lights up an area well. Sorry for the poor quality photo, my camera doesn't take close ups very well.
  2. The people who join in the "opt out day" should demand and see the agents change and use new gloves.
  3. Well I hope that works but knowing the ego of the TSA Gestopo,(those in charge), they will do everything they can to win. Like I said I believe it's not about security now, it's about control of the public. I heard another idea of protest, it's discusting but hey, you're already being humiliated and embarrassed by the goons taking porno photo's and fondling you so why not just, Fart in their Face. I'm actually serious. Eat raw vegtables and beans 8 hours before going to the airport, hold it all back as much as possible until the security molesting begins and let er rip. They are being crude and discusting at what they are doing to you so give it right back to them.
  4. The Bush administration may have started these programs but his administration can't even begin to compare to the danger and damages the Obama Marxist administration is doing right now. I actually believe this newest assualt on the Constitution with the TSA Gestopo is much more about controling people and the ego of Janet Napolatano than it is about airport security. There's also that little deal with former HS cheif Chertoff and his interest in the company that makes the scanners. I know people already have reservations and have paid the airlines for flights this holiday season but i really wish enough people cared about the Bill Of Rights to not make any new reservations, enough to severly hurt the airlines, but sadly enough there's too many gutless sheep who are not willing to sacrifice a vacation for their rights.
  5. You're right, he started it. Back when he pushed for the Patriot Act and the Dept. of Homeland Security, before Obama was even a thought, alot of people were defending these programs because they were in panic mode. Although at the time I personally wasn't worried about my rights being abused, because I wasn't a Middle Easterner, I did see a danger in these programs especially if/when some leftest-socialist became POTUS and a Dem controlled Congress was in power. The potential for gross abuse on the Constitutional rights of American citizens were far greater. In reality, the mear existence of TSA, DHS, and the PA is a gross assualt on the Constitution.
  6. I'm not surprised. So what now, a regular x-ray scan to see inside the body? My idea is no scans or pat downs, we invent some strong radio signal that wil detonate explosives, everybody walks individually through a blast proof room with a big garbage disposal in the floor, they hit you with the signal and if you have exploading panties, BOOM. Then they rake you in the disposal, rinse the room out and start the line again.
  7. Excellent. That idiot should have been charged with assualt altho IMO it wasn't a real assualt but an excuse for the student to shove his privileged ars on the ground. And of course if he did they would have arrested the student because the Congressman is part of the elite royalty and the student is a lower class peasant with fewer rights. At least THE PEOPLE sent him packing. I couldn't believe it was that close and there was that many lefest morons that still voted for him.
  8. Back in 86 I broke my right femur, they inserted a rod through the top of the femur at the hip, inside the femur all the way to the knee, a big chunk of stainless steel that is about 16" long and slightly smaller in diameter than a dime. Months later I went to pick up my uncle at the airport. This was 1986 so I could go to the plane then to meet him but I had to walk through the metal detectors. They sent my crutcher through the x-ray scanner but I walked through undetected. I wanted to tell them I just got through with a pound of steel inside my leg but even then I thought they would harrass me if I did. Anyway, I thought a loyal dedicated terrorist who's going to commit suicide could have explosives inplanted inside their body, maybe to even look like some orthopedic device. That rod I had in my leg was big enough if filled with explosives could create a large hole in the airplane at 35K and you can easly get through the detectors with it. I'm sure the terrorists have already thought of this, and the body cavity method. Odds are that some day a terrorist will take a plane down and there's nothing we can do to stop it, violating innocent peoples rights and treating them like criminals isn't going to stop them. Actually, I bet the terrorists feel like they score a victory everytime they scare Americans enough to forfiet their rights.
  9. Well I don't look for much if any pro-gun legislation being brought up before the House for a couple of years. I think the fact that Harwell is a woman may have played into the vote in an attempt to appease women voters. Having a woman speaker is fine with me I just wish they could have found a better woman candidate than Harwell.
  10. +++1 Good point about vehicle searches. Far more people are killed by criminals in or using vehicles, or having their weapons in vehicles than terrorists kill on or with airplanes. Not to forget the deadly drunk driver. One might argue that you "don't have to drive" like a few have argued,"you don't have to fly". So if you have no privacy rights on your person in an airport then why should you have any privacy rights in your car on the highway. Also, i'm glad you mentioned that the latest "attempts" at bringing a plane down DID NOT originate in the U.S. but some other country. As a matter of fact I can't remember anyone caught recently in the U.S. trying to enter an airplane with a bomb so the security measures they had before seemed to at least be a deterent. I don't think anyone complained about the metal detectors or even taking their shoes off because it wasn't personal, like security looking under cars with mirrors or peeking inside the window at some public event. It wasn't a real intrusion to privacy rights unlike forcing you to be radiated while taking a semi-porno photo of you and or groaping you like they do some criminal being arrested. Oh yea, the last terrorist bomb attempt in the U.S. was a vehicle bomb on a NYC street so anyone okay with the airport security policy should also be okay with being pulled over in your car for no reason and you and your vehicle thoroughly searched with no warrant.
  11. Well of course, she's part of the elite royalty and everybody else are common peasants. Also that would have been cruel to the scanner reader if she had been scanned. I thought this was interesting. Why Is Michael Chertoff So Excited About Full-Body Scanners?
  12. Field Marshall Napolitano it seems was considering it, for Muslims only of course. And of course with the blessing of the Fuhrer. OMG… Big Sis Considers Giving Exemptions to Muslim Women at Airports (Video) | The Gateway Pundit
  13. Then it is truely a victory for jihad. THE TERRORISTS HAVE WON. I wondered about Muslim women in veils and burkas complaining about scans and pat downs being offensive to their Islamic beliefs, and being given a pass because this administrations policy of appeasing and apologizing to radical Muslims that murdered thousands of American citizens on Sept. 11th.
  14. Thank you and the others for showing me that there's still patriots that care about our rights. I was also shocked when I read those, "shut up and take it" responses. I didn't expect that on this forum. That's what Janet Napalitono is telling everyone to do, shut up and take it. Of course she doesn't have to go through security when she flys, she just expects the lower class peasants to be molested and assualted.
  15. Well I guess you could also say that driving through the park with your handgun isn't a god given right either but alot of us fought hard to be able to do it. Maybe you don't care if your relatives gets felt up by some minimum wage security guard but i'm not going to be a little sheep and accept that. No, you don't have to fly, you don't have to drive through the park or eat at a restaurant that serves alcohol etc.
  16. My neice is upset, said she felt violated after going through the new scanner and then being pulled aside to be patted down at the Las Vegas airport. I really hope enough people decide not to fly this holiday season for the economy to take a big hit over this crap. That's the only way to calm down the TSA Gestopo is for big business CEO's to get on their case. There's security, then there's crapping on peoples civil liberties. http://www.prisonplanet.com/tsa-now-putting-hands-down-fliers-pants.html
  17. I've never seen an airliner make that thick of a contrail with a fireball comming out of it and a plane on fire usually doesn't go up. Now i've seen something very simuliar last spring when I saw the shuttle blast off. The so-called expert from the Pentagon who said it was a contrail is feeding us a load of BS.
  18. Professional wrestling and wrestlers are far more honest than politics and politicians, at least they admit wrestling is staged entertainment but politicians still try to convince you they are genuine.
  19. Well I just e-mailed my Rep., Phillip Johnson. I think from his votes in the House he will choose someone besides Harwell.
  20. That's who got beat, Ty Cobb, which by the way was a democrat. He lost to a GOP woman named Butt so Butt beat Cobb:lol:(High school snicker), in Maury Co. Just wondering what else besides the 2nd Amendment issue we can express our concern over Harwell to our Reps. I admitt I haven't kept up with her but i'm not in her district. I would like to have a few more points to add to the 2nd Amendment issue when I e-mail my Rep.
  21. Didn't Cobb get beat? They wont vote for a new speaker till January I hear when the new legislator is sworn in. I would like to see an online petetion, a (NO HARWELL) petition that can be signed with names and city to be sent to the entire legislator. I will in the meantime e-mail Rep. Phillip Johnson with our concerns about Harwell.
  22. Looks pretty cool but it's definatly an AK, which it "should" be a reliable rifle. Looks like the mag capacity is 10 rounds which is plenty unless you plan to use it in combat.
  23. Always liked Festus the best. Funny how he and Matt have been shot about 20 times each but when they shoot someone they die with one bullet. We will see tomorrow, I don't have alot of confidence that Hall will beat Cooperlosi, the district is kinda liberal. I really really hope i'm wrong though, that would make my day to see Cooperlosi defeated.
  24. Well for $5000.+ the SVD will just have to be on a wish list until I win the powerball. You could probably buy one for $50 U.S. in Afganistan.
