  1. You would be surprised how easy it is to move a 6ft tall 900lb safe if you have a low dolly and two somewhat large guys. Have a look at this guy moving what appears to be a pretty heavy safe up stairs with a special dolly.
  2. aint that the truth ...
  3. That's a real nice setup but a couple grand more than my budget.
  4. Hehe when I asked how many mags he had he said two
  5. I spoke with him. Was that a rpb gun?
  6. I spoke with him. Was that a rpb gun?
  7. BTW-I can't wait to read this. Where is your website?
  8. I have been looking at 2 mac 10/9s. Both have 9mm magazines and are double stacked mags. Both were stamped georgia and have Cobray logos. I looks like the mags are selling for $100+ which is high. I have looked at the uzi mag conversion that practical products sells since I have a lot of uzi mags laying around. Practical Solutions - MAC 10/9 Uzi Conversion (Powered by CubeCart) The prices I am seeing are around $2500-$2800 so the price seems to be right.
  9. Is a mac 10 considered a "bolt" or "receiver" gun? Can you legally add .22 conversion kits?
  10. Did it run better with the stock upper?
  11. This might not be the right place to discuss the sig but I have to say it is a solid piece of kit. I did a review on mine here 22tactical.com 22 Tactical Firearms Forum - GSG5, GSG5P, GSG5PK, Sig 522LR AR15 - View topic - First time out with the 522lr Other than some of the gas coming out of the back and under my shooting glasses I liked it.
  12. The mac10 and mac11s seems to be about the cheapest route to go for a SMG. Anyone have any experience with the mac10 in 9mm? Is it reliable?
  13. The ag center shows seem to be better than the fairgrounds shows for what it is worth. Not sure if the holidays will help or hurt the amount of vendors and people. I know that germantown rd will be a mess Saturday though so I would avoid it if you can.
  14. You guys are making me paranoid but you have some great tips.
  15. I did not use treated plywood unfortunately. I was looking to avoid the thermal transfer from the floor to the safe and just used what I had laying around. Thanks for giving me something else to worry about (heh heh) When I bought the safe I thought that 900lbs was a lot too but I was able to move it out of its old home and in to mine with the help of a friend and a furniture dolly. It was not easy but we were able to do it. Now that it is loaded with stuff I am sure it weighs more than that and might not be as easy as it was empty.
  16. My safe is in place and is too heavy for me to move (approx 900lbs). I want to bolt it down to the slab and went out and bought some red head trubolt concrete anchors (5 1/2 long by 1/2) ITW Red Head Trubolt I was talking to a guy that I work with and he said that I would be better off using threaded rod and epoxy so now I am confused about what to do. I can not move the safe but I guess I could squirt enough epoxy down the hole that I drill however it seems the anchors will be easier. What do you think?
  17. Very nice. This is a gotta win ... Still keeping the playoff hopes alive.

  19. I was going to add a 1.40 punch but that added 6.95 to the shipping so I passed.
  20. This site is closing out all of their glock parts. I bought 5 g22/35 magazines for $18 each plus free shipping. I have no affiliation just passing it along. OMB's Express Police Supply - Distributor of 5.11 Tactical Equipment

    Digital SLRs

Have a look at ken rockwells website. He has a lot of opinions on cameras and a buyers guide. Whatever body you buy don't cheap out on the lens. I just upgraded from a d80 with 18-200 quantaray to a d90 with 18-200 af vr nikon and have been really happy with the new setup. Also I would suggest you get an eye-fi card for wireless picture uploads.

    The Road

Where is it showing? I can't find it in Memphis or Nashville.
  23. Thanks for the information. How did you find yours? Any preferred dealers? What do you think I should pay now days?
  24. So vectors are "receiver" guns and not "bolt" guns?
