Went by Tullahoma Wally today looking for other things and strolled by the ammo case. To over here a clerk and a bunch of good ol boys(rednecks) talking about the subject. The clerk said a guy bought about 20 boxes yesterday because he had first hand knowledge that the prices where going up 300 percent this week. I really wanted to ask her if he had a knot on his head where the acorn hit him (sky is falling). Of course they were freaked. I laughed and they wanted to know why. Told them they could go to Hero Gear they had tons of ammo that Wally wasn't the only place that sold ammo. man why pay to go to a comedy club when you can go there for free!

I saw a simular thing at academy one day. The sales counter was packed and I saw a salesman handing a guy a new glock. The guy asked if every time you pulled the trigger did you have to cock (ie pull the slide back) to get it to fire again. The guy totally looked scared holding it. The salesman did a good jog explaning but you should have seen his face when asked that. I know many years ago when I bought my first pistol with lil knowledge. I took it home did all the research i could read all the manuals and handled the gun til I was comfortable.

First of all get your HCP not ccw. Congrats on the 27 I carry mine everyday and love it. Get you a finger extension on the mag. Makes it a lot nicer to handle.

Thats about when I got mine. Not many places to get qualified at the time as I remember.

Went by my Wally World and they usually have most pistol ammo. Not today, but did have a box of remington .223 100 rds for 39.95

O.K. let me ask a question. So be easy on me. WHATS THE BIG DEAL! I always IWC. I have had my permit for over10 years, and I've never opened carry. But dang I feel like as long as I obey the rules and act like a good citizen I have earned the right to carry my firearm where permitted. So If I goto Wal-Mart and buy a new belt run it through my holster or need to drop my mag buy a box of shells load it up and put it in my mag holder so be it. I'm not gonna make a scene but I'm not running to my car or the bathroom to do it. So if You think I'm crazy sorry.
