I lucked out and got mine right before prices went crazy. Think I paid $369 for mine. I like the compact too but my Colt Defender fits that bill.

I've owned a P-89 and P-94. Great shooters and built like a tank.

Its weird how family dogs can be. I was attacked by a German Shepard when I was young. the dog was trained by metro police. It decided to play with me by knocking me down and trying to scratch my face and throat off. Not fun getting stitched up at 7years old thats for sure. Glad hes alright.

I have a 3200 box. Hoseltons here in Tullahoma has a 4200 in the case last time i was there.

If I wasn't having family in I would let a few crash at my place. Thats the reason I cant work the show. Definitly will be there to check it out. Been saving my pennies

Where are they located?

Does it have a chimney? it so cap the gas line outside coming into the house and remove the logs. I would suggest a chimney sweep check it out before you burn your first fire. Unless it looks clean and its not to old. Don't want to burn the house down or find out they blocked a chimney to add ventless logs. Ventless logs just sit in a box that doesnt have a hole going to the outside.

I wouldn't chance it and take it to a gunsmith. I was going to do it myself but for 35$ its worth them doing and having a lbs gauge to check it. I really would like to replace mine but money is to tight. My 700 came with a 4lb trigger from the factory.
