Got home from the range and was cleaning it when I noticed the cylinder was spinning freely and would not lock. Very unusual. I could not locate the issue. There was no hidden lint or any obstructions that I could find.

But, just wanted to add another post to the cyber world proclaiming their Customer Service awesomeness, My LCR had a cylinder issue and they had it picked up by UPS the next day. This was less than a week ago, and it's due to hit my house tomorrow. A company that takes pride in its product is a company that will continue to get my business.

The kid already admitted to smashing the owl. Also, I'm pretty sure the woman becomes Rick's girlfriend as he has one in the comic books.

Sell the house, put the money away. If your kids are fine then you've earned it. I would expect my mother or father to do this.

The permit class is a joke. There was a woman in my class that had failed the range test once before. She was a horrible shot and I would fear for my life if I were in a situation where she decided to defend herself and others with me around. The instructor was nice and informative. He urged everyone to continue training but the majority of them probably went out and bought a nylon holster and called it a day. At the risk of sounding like I'm rooting for the other team, it would definitely make me more comfortable if I knew that more training was involved in getting an HCP.. Or at least stricter range qualification.

312 for pizza. Fido for coffee/lunch. Urban Grill for dinner. Calypso Cafe for cheap but awesome eats. Pharmacy in East Nash for burgers. Drifters for BBQ. Broadway Brewhouse downtown for great drinks and food. If you're downtown, the best musicians frequent the obvious(The Stage, Tootsies, Honky Tonk Central), but Paradise Park and Big Shotz have some great rock music if country isn't your thing. Bourbon St Blues and Boogie Bar for blues as well.

Well, being the insomniac that I am, it's 3:20 AM and I'm up watching Law and Order when all of a sudden, a bizarre commercial came on with cheesy graphics and singing. It said, "Jesus did not die for everyone!" And other things to that effect. Then it shows the URL for their website. Says they're located close to Nashville. What is the deal with these loonies? Anybody familiar? A google search shows some interesting things...

Had a guy tell me the other day he has an international firearms permit and regularly does security for diamond mines and other international matters. He then started telling me about how scary and intense the work is. I know about private contracters and whatnot, but how full of manure is this guy? Does such a thing exist?

Several members of my family had dementia in their old age. Outside of ending up in their neighbor's living rooms butt naked and urinating on people's tires, I never knew them to go up to people and be a complete dick for the hell of it. Is this a common issue with dementia? I'm ignorant.
