My cousin died in a similar fashion several years ago. A young teen driver with a learner's permit was driving with his Dad in the passenger seat and pulled out in an intersection while my cousin was going something like 90 miles an hour in a 45 zone. Nailed the truck but wasn't as lucky as this motorcyclist. He died several days later from the trauma to his head. At that rate of speed, it's hard to judge with bikes. It seems like the car hesitated right before impact. Look out for bikes, but also bikers don't speed like you have a death wish.

Well, they finally responded to my emails and told me I needed to re-verify my payment information. There was some sort of issue, which they didn't even explain. At this point, I don't even want the order. My card wasn't charged so screw it. Went to ammunition depot instead and got a great deal. My second shopping with them and it has been a flawless experience so far.

Anybody on here have a dash camera in their car? I've been thinking of getting one for a variety of reasons. I travel a lot for both personal reasons and work and there doesn't seem to be any shortage of lunatics. I believe it could also be helpful for traffic related incidents and wrongfully given tickets. Any thoughts on a good one to purchase?

What an awesome day! Got to handle a lot of guns I never thought I'd be able to. Highlight for me was the Beretta M9A3 and holy cow.. The trigger is amazing. That and running into friends and making new friends!

Did that change recently? I've been parking downtown almost daily for the past three years, and was never ticketed on a Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. Maybe I'm just a lucky SOB. Edit: found some articles saying as recently as 2012 that it used to be free after 12 on Saturdays. I can't keep up with it.

Meters are free all day Saturday too.

From what is visible, they were right charging this cop with murder. That's a pretty awful sight.

Don't park at the airport. There are a lot of parking spots downtown thst are reasonable. You just gotta know where to park and not to park. Parking at the airport will cost you 40 dollars both ways. Plenty of 5, 10 and 20 dollar parking downtown, and if after 6 pm free at the meters.

Or park at the library for 5 dollars.

Like Mr. Lahey here, I also have been wearing Seiko automatics for years, my girlfriend bought me an "Orange Monster" in November and it hasn't left my wrist once. It keeps better time than my 500 dollar Hamilton and my brother's Rolex.

I think that Daniel Craig and Timothy Dalton were the most book accurate Bonds. Dalton has always been a favorite of mine. I love the Connery bond and even campy Roger Moore movies. Also, the musical score to OHMSS was John Barry's favorite even though it had an unknown actor at the time.

Well, I placed an order three weeks ago and their website warned of a waiting period for shipments. So, I waited and waited and now my order has completely disappeared. I called and emailed them with no response in days. Has anyone else ever had this issue? It's infuriating!

I agree about the pocket clip being a weak point on Kershaws. That's been my experience with them anyway.
