I've got a bunch of different ones, my general go to is the B5. The MFT is nice where weight is of concern. I I also like fixed, the cheap Magpul fixed carbine stock with extended butt pad is rock solid, no rattle and stays short. I have had 2 Magpul stocks fail during rough use, both MOE stocks, I'd skip those.

Not sure what you have planned for such revolver. And if you gave some hint, may better sway people's opinion. Carry? Ruger LCR 22. Trigger is heavy but smooth, but also needed to be reliable. Fun and short, trail, farm and range gun? Ruger bearcat shopkeeper. The 3" barrel is really the kicker.

The AOW does have something going for it. State line travel without a 5320, same as supressors as local law allows. Also, they aren't anywhere near as bad to shoot as the short barrel doesn't allow the pressure to build up. mossberg just started offering factory AOW's on 500 actions. I'm considering one, $5 stamp...pffft, easy except for the wait.

Honestly, favorite is directly related to the accuracy improvement derived from my reloads. The 2 platforms and calibers being 5.56-AR's and 45-1911's. i reload every caliber I own(about20), these 2 just have offered the biggest change in available accuracy over factory ammo. Close 2nds would be .260remington AR10 and 45colt Blackhawk.

The one extra thing about 30-30 is thin case necks, proper lube will keep you from crashing them. Otherwise 30-30 is very easy. If your not needing to hunt with said ammo, 30-30 downloads very easy with pistol powders and plated bullets(or lead). It brings the reloading costs down into the pistol caliber range and perfectly acceptable for plinking. xTreme bullets sells flat nosed 150 and 170grn plated bullets, just need to be kept around 1500fps or below. Also, with h4895 you can load lower power rounds safely and save some powder but keep velocity nearer to factory ammo.

I would go with the 200grn hard cast load, the 220 load is almost point of diminishing returns with heavy bullet. Not far off from 45auto +p. Side note, a buddy of mine shot a black bear with a 45-70(old Springfield) from a tree stand once, the pissed off bear started climbing the tree after him, he ended up finishing the bear with a gp100 357 at near point blank range. He never hunted bear again.

That's IF though. The Rebel is most likely the lowest of the low as far as quality goes. Double the price(roughly)and you have a lifetime supressor from numerous manufacturers. As to cheap and disposable, if not NFA and I can legally build, I'll have a stash of homemade supressors. Hell, I've already got 9 form 1's.

Just not up to par. Also some reports of not delivering. Suppressors aren't the place to "cheap out".

It works just like a normal charging handle, just relocated. Actually, with it I can hold and lock back the bolt with same hand. The main advantage is not having to break sight picture or shoulder/cheek weld to operate.

reciprocating on the AR means it can't be field stripped without removing the handle. Also, the old side Chargers were a drill and tap affair into the bolt carrier. Maybe a typo on your part, but non-reciprocating is the way to go.

I have a new frontier armory side charger on my 9mm AR SBR, it's easy, non reciprocating and looks nice. Can't complain.

Recoil Gunworks has police trade 640's in stock now, around the $400 mark. A steal for pre lock all stainless J frame. I've been looking really hard at a .357 all metal snub. I have an 357 LCR but it isn't anywhere near easy shooting with my preferred load, 125grn Gold Dot 357mags.

Once. My my first handgun was a G17, went strictly to 1911's for a few years and have been back in the Glock fold about a year. Anyways, I picked up my 17 after a couple years and couldn't shoot it worth a damn. Gen 4 changed that. Back up to 4 now

You can just mail them the slide. They have factory steel replacements and night sight available. Rumor has it if you ship a stripped slide it'll come back with new internals.

I usually opt for penetration over expansion and tend to lean to the heavy side of bullet weight. 180grn wide flat nose cast bullets around 1200fps. But I reload. Buying factory: buffalo bore Ranges: about the same as a bow or as your skill level allows.

Not sure anyone makes true 1911 pre-A1 style cut frames anymore. Maybe be you can shop for a used sistema.

I've used a bunch of AA1680, while it works, it is also the loudest of the subsonic loads I've used. 2400, 4227, 5744, lil gun all have a better report. You'll have to do the work up on your gun, not all barrels are created equal. My my favorite quiet loads won't run an AR action but are in the realm of supressed 22, I just use them in a Handi rifle.
