I have rarely heard of anyone ever saying, yea I noticed the signs but didn't say anything. Maybe it's from not wanting to be blamed for not reporting, or from the shame they may feel from not doing so. It is a discussion that needs to be raised, because many of the actions she may have taken beforehand can be attributed to many of us on any given day, such as buying weapons, weapons training, and other tactical behavior. Which is why red-flag laws are so dangerous IMO, it can have disastrous consequences if LEO comes busting down a door in the middle of the night at any security minded person's home.

I also learned that she felt that she could or should of been caught before the attack, and I for one would like to know how, and/or what she had done to merit that.

If you put out a food source, it is baiting. I don't think it matters if you scatter it under the same tree that produced them or not, especially if you purposefully time it to coincide with your hunt. If it naturally falls, grows, or is dropped in the performance of harvesting, then it is not considered baiting. It may be hard for a GW to prove you scattered them under the tree, but if you are following the law, then don't do it.

I don't see him as a Red, Yellow, or any other flag color poster boy. It is clearly a failure of the system and LEO not enforcing laws already on the books. He said he had violent tendencies, heard voices, thought about shooting up the military base, and was in a mental institution...what more did they need to keep him secluded from the general population???

Lets hope that the term mostly used to take away our rights is correct in this instance as well. "As California goes, so goes the nation."

Well, as has been said, I'll agree to disagree. We are being invaded, and some of these invaders have that same mentality you speak of. Sure, many at first just wanted better living conditions (who doesn't), and wanted to work, but now we have people coming from all parts of the world through our southern border, with no vetting whatsoever, and those with a 9/11 mentality could very well be some of them.

So what I am hearing is that thread drift is ultimately why he got banned? You may not want to hear it, but it is a clear and present danger to have an open border, and attacks like what happened in Israel, who has a much more guarded border should make us all want to discuss our own border, not shy away from it. If 1500 terrorists can do that, over a long holiday, imagine what thousands of them could do here. Thousands upon thousands of military aged men have been dispersed all across the US, and many from countries not bordering ours. If this attack is not a wake up call to our own government, whose primary responsibility is our countries security, then I can only surmise that they want it to happen.

Well, if the shoe fits, and while we are at it lets not forget the pallets of cash sent by Obama.

If you don't feel like pulling the bullets, give them to someone who will. There is no reason to give to LEO, or throw them in a lake. If nothing else, take some pliers and pry the bullets off and discard everything, don't toss live rounds in the trash.
