3d printers are probably great for doing R&D, probably cheaper and possibly faster than sending it out, or spending the man-hours in house on prototypes. The thing is, technology is well ahead of the law, and societal norms, soon, if it's not already available, you could laser scan an object and replicate it.

At that point, the radar would be the least of my worries.

Thanks to @KahrMan, I got one. But he did clue me in on one thing, some of these 3d projects take forever to print. I had seen where a guy had made an AR lower, I thought, great way to arm a group. Now, not so much as it would take too long to do but a few. According to this article, it would take 9 hours to print one, so you'd need a factory full of printers to make it worthwhile. https://www.wired.com/2015/06/i-made-an-untraceable-ar-15-ghost-gun/

I didn't realize they could kick someone out unless it was for cause. Sounds like some kind of rent control tactic to evict lower paying tenants to get higher paying renters in. I'd contact someone, though I don't know who that would be.

Anyone have a 3d printer, and have you tried printing one of these parts? It's to keep primers from jumping out of the ram, so you don't have to keep the primer attachment on the ram, if you prime off the press. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1972400

Sometimes our fellow gun owners do more harm than good...

The picture, I'm ok with it. But I must say I'm surprised by the story, it is as balanced a story as I have seen when the subject is guns. They have both a pro and anti gun view, without too much spin either way; bravo. -
No more ordering knives for home delivery in UK

Whoa, whoa, lets not start down that road, next thing you know they'll be eating out of blenders or toothpaste tubes. -
I reload .40 but have enough at the moment. If nobody else takes it I may get some though.

These writers need to bone up on their reloading equipment and techniques. That round could not of been taken out of the shell holder with it sticking that far out. And single stage presses, while good, would suck in mass production they could of got some turret or progressives to make it seem like they actually knew something. As to sabotage, I would of just reduced the powder in a few to give them squibs and possibly blow up the weapon on subsequent shots with a double load thrown in there every now and then...they would have to dump all the rounds or pull the bullets.

For years I used a Lee powder funnel, the one that came with the anniversary kit. I liked it because it worked with all calibers, but static was an issue. The dryer sheet was helpful with the ball powders, and flake, but the flake wasn't as bad. I loaded a couple hundred at a time then and only wiped it down a couple times a session. The RCBS powder funnel I got was for convenience, I drop directly into it and then into the case, and it works with most calibers. So far this is working good, even with the W296/H110 I use for my 300Blk.

I use this one, haven't had static issues yet, but I keep dryer sheets handy just in case.

I only started in the 80's, and with the Lee Anniversary Kit in 9mm I had everything I needed. It came with a manual, which I still have BTW, and everything you needed to get started. I can't imagine someone in any of the 50 States can't find ONE reloading room. In an apocalyptic scenario, you would be looking for supplies, and with all the shooting taking place since the series began I can assure you any sane person would be looking for means to get or make more ammo. Granted, finding a military base and accessing it's Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) could supply you for a long time, but sooner or later you would need to acquire more. Which begs the question, why didn't they head to a military installation? Getting to Fort Benning would of given them all the food, weapons, ammo, grenades, rocket launchers, claymores they would need to erect a perimeter that a band of outlaws would find extremely difficult to break.
-
I agree, but will they? For some reason I think not, they are just not willing to listen to unless it furthers their agenda.
-
Don't get me started on the lack of reloading equipment, in Georgia no less. In all those towns, there was no reloading room? Heck in most of those towns every other house could arm a good contingent of people. And with all that machinery, all they can come up with is bullets? Heck I'd be improvising rocket launchers and explosives with a lack of NFA enforcement.

Meh, our guys did it for them.

Well, IMO I'd rather it be done with this bill in place.

Female shooter may be dead, four others injured, no official mention of what type of injury. One witness had one female shot, that ran into Carl Jr's, another shot multiple times in Google Hq, (indicated deceased), and then a last volley of four rounds. So if she committed suicide it must of been with that last volley, 3 for the BF and one for her.

Heard it may be a female shooter.

And some of those would be active and reserve people.

Did a tour at the JD Distillery and found out the REO was an auto company. They have a firetruck that the band REO Speedwagon got it's name from.

I moved my garden, sprayed round-up, twice, during non-rain days. Finally, I tilled the area, but the next day it rained so will have to do it again. I have some garden soil from lowes to raise it, so planting should go well either way. I have plants, peppers and tomatoes, under the lights doing well so hoping for a decent crop. I plan on planting about the middle of the month, hopefully the last freeze will have passed by then.

You must run in a different circle, because this is what I see.
