There is more need for drivers training than handgun training IMO, and driving is a privilege that can have legislation put in place to force the training without violating the constitution.

I have rarely heard of anyone ever saying, yea I noticed the signs but didn't say anything. It is a discussion that needs to be raised, because many of the actions she may have taken beforehand can be attributed to many of us on any given day, such as buying weapons, weapons training, and other tactical behavior. If you put out a food source, it is baiting. I don't think it matters if you scatter it under the same tree that produced them or not, especially if you purposefully time it to coincide with your hunt. If it naturally falls, grows, or is dropped in the performance of harvesting, then it is not considered baiting. It may be hard for a GW to prove you scattered them under the tree, but if you are following the law, then don't do it.

I don't see him as a Red, Yellow, or any other flag color poster boy. It is clearly a failure of the system and LEO not enforcing laws already on the books. He said he had violent tendencies, heard voices, thought about shooting up the military base, and was in a mental institution...what more did they need to keep him secluded from the general population???

Lets hope that the term mostly used to take away our rights is correct in this instance as well. "As California goes, so goes the nation."
