  1. Yup, I have a few PSA uppers, and a couple lowers which all run good. I like mine in 300Blk, but mine is 10.5", but that shouldn't make much difference. I would hurry though, those sales don't last long before they run out.
  2. You've been going to the wrong library. There is nothing patriotic about kneeling during the anthem, nothing!
  3. I don't hear any Automobile company insurers refusing to underwriting their risk. And with all these safety recalls, for things that caused injuries and deaths which have more risk than any NRA insured products, nobody has sent the insurance and banking industries any memos.
  4. I think it started with Carry Guard, but the linked PDF is pretty straight forward IMO in telling NY companies to cut ties with the NRA and other Gun related business/organization.
  5. Seems a tactic that all the, Dicks, Yeti, Bank of America etc, corporations are using to cut the supply line and financial services to gun manufacturers and other related businesses. It would be a good business venture to start a Gun Owners Credit Union, Store Franchise and other 2A supported businesses. Would anyone bank at a NRA Credit Union, Get an NRA Home/Auto Insurance policy, shop at the NRA Sporting Goods store??
  6. I think any part of a weapon, be it a magazine, barrel, trigger etc, should not have any limits placed on it. That is one strategy some of the left is trying, and succeeding in some places, with ammo. But the 3d cat is out of the bag, and there is nothing the .gov can do about it. Just like they tried to do to Phil Zimmermann with Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) when he allowed free download of some very good encryption software. They took him to court, but in the end the code was placed on foreign servers, tweaked to use open source algorithm and the .gov dropped their case with no charges, and changed their regs.
  7. I have saved plans on a whole bunch of DIY gun stuff from WWII to modern zip guns, and I too downloaded the 3d ones as well. Wasn't there a thread or link on a AK-47 made from a shovel? What are they going to do about those??? According to current Federal law, it is illegal to build guns for sale without an FFL, but not to make one for personal use. You CAN sell DIY guns as long as you don't build them with the intent to sell, I'm ok with that.
  8. Maybe I'm not reading this right, but all 11k firearms recovered were traced to TN? Seems their numbers are a bit short, as there must of been other states with recovered and traced weapons, or do they want us to just take the "over 11,000" to mean way over 11k. And 33 machine guns? Also, they don't discuss if the weapons were stolen, purchased legally (owner now a criminal) at an FFL, or just weapons that were purchased in private sales.
  9. Because it cuts down on Fast and Furious gun running operations, what with the cartel being able to just print their guns and all.
  10. Hell yea, someone needs to look into this, what if some unsuspecting logger gets confused, oh the treemanity of it all.
  11. @btq96r Maybe you should of spelled that out, google brings out some strange meanings.
  12. I agree, but you forgot one of the best, the P51 Mustang. We would of lost way more bombers and crew had it not been for them.
  13. Well, apparently they appropriated some of it, but they definately did have some interesting tech, if they would have managed to field some of it in numbers we may of had an interesting time with them. https://www.wikizero.com/en/Panhard_178
  14. I like Popeyes, and KFC's pot pies are great, but I think it depends on the actual franchise location, good workers are hard to come by.
  15. They had a Mrs Winners here, right across one of the gates to the base, that was a staple breakfast until they closed it down.
  16. Well, first I like my steak naked, though my wife makes CFS every now and then and I'm obligated to eat it. As to the gravy, white only for S.O.S and on Biscuits, everything else takes brown gravy.
  17. Denver doesn't corner the market though:
  18. Had to look it up, sounds tasty with all that marbling.
  19. I think this means you actually like your steak Chicken fried.
  20. I don't know, with only the video and no other info, I can see the shooters side quite quickly. Guy comes out of nowhere, drops him and then advances, only turns when he is drawn upon. In my mind, I feel if it gets to the point to where I draw my weapon, I am going to fire because the only reason I would pull a weapon out is when I, or another, is in danger of great bodily harm. So he presents and fires, in a split second, and the attacker is within the 21' space we are taught is the danger zone for someone to get to us before we can draw our weapon.
  21. This scenario always comes to mind when I hear homeowners get charged for shooting at, or shooting fleeing home invaders. The perp has already shown the propensity for violence by forcibly entering a home, who knows what would of happened if not challenged, or what they will now do to the next victim. Same with carjackers, they already showed they are willing to act violently, keeping them from doing it to others should be taken into account if there is any question of self-defense.
  22. It says in the text you can bypass the ballast.
  23. Like anything else, you have to make time to do things you like/want to do. The best way I know how, is to get a shooting partner, and set a time/date to shoot. I find that when I'm "obligated" to do something, I can more easily make time to do it. It's like not wanting to let your partner down because you couldn't make time. I was like that with fishing, and somewhat hunting, when I had fishing partners I would fish a lot, but when they got transferred, I hardly ever go. With hunting, I have people that ask me to harvest a deer for them, so I hunt until I fill the requests, and my one harvest. I don't feel put out or anything, I enjoy myself, but there are a few times I ask myself, "Do I really want to wake up this early"
  24. Yes, but usually well after I invite them, or they let me know they'd like to drop by. I'm sure you're not saying he had to get permission first right?
