    PSA AR Kit

Yea, all weapons and ammo have increased, but that is par for the course during elections, and now the riots and China Virus...everything is high and people are buying.
  3. Yup, unless the pistol is 26" OAL, then you can...They are just trying to get someone on all these loopholes. https://johnpierceesq.com/can-you-add-a-vertical-fore-grip-to-an-ar-pistol/
  4. Looks like a Trinity Force Butt Stock, not a brace, so this is definitely an SBR, legal or otherwise.

    PSA AR Kit

IMO PSA makes decent ARs, this kit is not bad for a rifle kit, but have you considered a pistol kit? For home defense a shorter barrel makes maneuvering in confined spaces a bit easier. PSA has both 5.56 and 300BLK, my preference, in around the same range, albeit without the BUIS, but those and optics are widely available and you get to pick some you like. https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-8-5-pistol-length-300aac-blackout-1-8-phosphate-7-lightweight-m-lok-classic-shockwave-pistol-kit-5165449142.html https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-10-5-carbine-length-5-56-nato-1-7-phosphate-9-m-lok-moe-ept-sba3-pistol-kit.html
  6. So was perusing the local(ish) news and came upon this story about an arrest and they showed the weapons confiscated during the arrest and one stood out. Anyone think this SBR is registered? No federal charges are mentioned, you think they even know to check? https://fox17.com/news/local/gallery/metro-police-arrest-3-men-in-connection-to-gunfire-that-hit-mnpds-north-precinct
  7. So where are the government mandates for mandatory hand washing?
  8. I understand the function of these face coverings, but as shown, and uninfected person has a much higher risk of contracting this China Virus by wearing a mask, than the protection it gives others. They would be much better served by preaching constant hand washing and surface sanitation than mandating we wear virus collection points on our face. I know I don't want to risk giving myself a higher risk of contracting any virus just to make others feel good about violating my space in a store, because these mask wearers now feel the distance can now be shortened because of the mask.
  9. I've seen mask packaging after mask packaging say it is not for covid protection. N95 masks, properly worn, give you a bit of protection, for a short period of time. But with all the touching of objects, like shopping, adjusting masks, pulling them down to talk, or get a bit of fresh air, make ALL masks ineffective, and as a matter of fact, I feel it makes it worse.
  10. Seen this on another site I peruse http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?276414-9MM-Herco-Load-Data&p=3229590&viewfull=1#post3229590
  11. Is this where we are headed? https://fox17.com/news/local/kentucky-couple-placed-on-house-arrest-after-refusing-to-sign-self-quarantine-papers-07-20-2020-114710044?utm_source=second-street&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=COVID-19+House+Arrest
  12. Well since he is wearing one I guess I should ignore my instincts and mask up too
  13. Ft Campbell too put out a mask mandate, with the "penalty" that you would be asked to leave if you don't abide by it. I suppose Rutherford may ask you to leave too
  14. I'd bet they have a way to rate the service, and piss poor veggies pickers would get some retraining most expeditiously if it started to impact their sales.
  15. They still do drive-up don't they?
  16. Not an embarrassment to me, more like a political ploy. But hey, if their economy can handle that, then more power to them.
  17. Meh, not worried about that myself. If it's currently legal I don't worry about it; as with anything it can be made illegal with a stroke of a pen so not going to live my life worrying on what they may do in the future. If you have the Form-1 approved, the solvent trap will not be an issue and you can always buy the pieces from other than solvent trap companies.
  18. Yea, I get that, though by now you and I, as are many here, are probably on quite a few "lists".
  19. Yea, never had any equipment issues with Lee when reloading regular rounds. It wasn't until I started doing 300Blk and 277WLV that I had to size-turn-size and even took a bit off the shell holder. Like I said, it worked, but had to tweak my process a little. Honestly I don't know why I started going RCBS with all my dies lately, maybe because a bunch of them were available at a discounted price, and they are "supposed" to be better than Lee.
  20. I started with Lee dies in the mid 80's, mostly because of cost. I have been "upgrading" to used RCBS dies these last few years, again because of cost. I find that Lee dies are great for general reloading, but lacked a bit when forming brass for different calibers such as 300Blk. They worked, but needed tweaks and tricks to get it right.
  21. Far as we have been told, and it may be BS, is that you can be asymptomatic and still pass on the virus. But many have also said that it is extremely rare and with the virus possibly being all over the place. there is no knowing where the virus originated from, so the asymptomatic person may not have been the source in the first place.
  22. Start with a good solvent trap, many come with indents to center the hole. The only thing you would need is a hand drill, or drill press. I got some equipment when the Hearing Protection Act was getting traction so I could make my own, but have stored it due to it's dismal failure. I refuse to pay for the tax stamp, so all components will stay as-is until the HPA passes or SHTF.
  23. No, not in the least. We must all take responsibility for one's own protection, not depend on others to do it for them...Now, where have I heard that before?
