We had some that were rather light, but don't know how they compare to AR500 plates, in both weight and energy dissipation.

I agree, but the crime they charged him with may be defensible, depending on what the statute says. The weapon was not purchased so he could go out and kill someone, so no intent, isn t that what prosecutors always lean on? These are state charges though, the feds might come in on this one if the state doesn't convict. ATF might be chomping at the bit for it, anyway it turns out.

2 MILLION bail, because he is such a flight risk says the judge. The prosecutor wanted between 4 and 10 million, even though the few terrorists they arrested during the "peaceful protests" were released on their own recognizance. Hope he has security 24/7, he will be targeted by every ANTIFA and BLM who wants to make a name for themselves and get street cred from all the other scum of the earth members. https://www.newsmax.com/newsfront/Police-Shooting-Wisconsin-Kenosha/2020/11/20/id/998082/ MODS: I think this belongs here as it has massive significance for ALL our rights to self-defense. But if you think otherwise, just move it.

HOUSE BILL 11 By Reedy HB0011 000034 - 1 - AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 11, Part 6, relative to justifications excluding criminal responsibility. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE: SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 39-11-614, is amended by deleting subsection (c) and substituting instead the following: (c) A person is justified in using deadly force against another to protect real or tangible, movable property: (1) If the person would be justified in using force against another under subsection (a) or (b); (2) When and to the degree the person reasonably believes the deadly force is immediately necessary to prevent: (A) The other's imminent commission of an act of arson, burglary, theft during hours of darkness, robbery, or aggravated robbery; or (B) The other from fleeing immediately after committing an act of arson, burglary, theft during hours of darkness, robbery, or aggravated robbery; and (3) The person reasonably believes: (A) The real or tangible, movable property cannot be protected or recovered by any other means; or (B) The use of force other than deadly force to protect or recover the real or tangible, movable property would expose the person or a third person to a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury. - 2 - 000034 (d) Unless a person is justified in using deadly force under subsection (c) or as otherwise provided by law, a person is not justified in using deadly force to prevent or terminate the other's trespass on real property or unlawful interference with personal property. SECTION 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021, the public welfare requiring it. -
I hope you get well soon, fight the good fight, and keep positive thoughts.

A Modest Proposal for President Trump

I am not sure there is no evidence, the whole dominion software thing seems to be enough evidence to invalidate enough state's elections to make a difference. And IMO, enough evidence to line up a few people up against the wall without the option of a blindfold. -
More like this.

Don't count on it being over just yet, if this election is not corrected now, we will surely end up in a shooting war, not right away mind you, but not too far off. The American people deserve to have what the military has been trying to give other countries, a free and fair election. If we can't guarantee one for our own government, how can we be expected to fight for this for other countries? There is just so much evidence that something just isn't right that there is no way they can just let it go, it needs to be investigated and heads need to roll, there is no other way. -
The problem is that we have too many deer and not enough hunters taking does. Same with the CWD areas, nobody wants to take a doe if it can be infected, so they are trying to get more hunters to take does, and more than 1 buck.

My biggest hit will be if he lets Trump tax cuts expire, that is a direct hit to my income. The businesses will pass on their taxes to us the consumer, but unless I really need something I can avoid spending my money, which in turn will make prices go up, do to consumers like me. Doesn't it sound wonderful?

I would not be surprised to find out there are quite a few war souvenirs from all conflicts still out on the streets. And this would be a perfect poke in the eye of the Dems if they are allowed to keep their fraudulent win. -
The relief bill has all kinds of IMO, wasted funds that the Dems want in it. $15 minimum wage ; Mandatory union rep on Airline Boards, for any company accepting help and 35 mil for the Kennedy Center, etc etc, you can read the BS yourself. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/whats-in-democrats-coronavirus-bill-arts-funding-union-help-and-more

Makes my casting equipment look even better, I try to buy molds for every caliber I shoot. My issue is lead, the cheap sources are getting slim. I may have to start buying old broken sailing boats for their keels.

Rent you an rv, cook in it and avoid the crowds, don't let the Chinese win.

That white pigeon is probably one of those they release for weddings and such, haven't seen any wild ones with that coloring. If it remains, you can always try to capture it, or eliminate it.
-
Of course they would, but do you think the hospitals are running things? Are you telling me that doctors are taking pay cuts??

CDC https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/pressroom/states/tennessee/tennessee.htm TN.Gov https://www.tn.gov/health/health-program-areas/statistics/health-data/death-statistics.html

TN Death Rates, they have every year listed but stop before 2019, tn.gov stops at 2018. the CDC at 2017.
-
Here is a strange thing, where is all the data for 2019? Both CDC and TN don't have it listed.

So, the price of a lifetime membership to the NRA would get you what, a box of white box 9mm?

A2 Front Post Taper Pin Removal Issues (HELP)
Omega replied to Hammer285's topic in Gunsmithing & Troubleshooting
Yup, my guess would be taper pins. I had the same issue with my S&W gas block, busted a few punches before I figured it out. -
So what interests may those be?

That's fine, keep voting third party, and get nothing you want advanced by your chosen representative who is sitting at home instead of DC. My candidate may or may not win, and he may or may not advance anything I would like to see happen, but at least I have a chance, even if it a snowball's chance in hell, but it's a chance.
