  1. 21 years in the Army, retired then 17 as a Logistician, first running three military aviation units as their property manager (Supply guy), 1 year working for John Deere, then back to the same contract issuing flight gear, and now managing their fuel accounts. Come Dec 8, I guess I'll be retired again, but may just pickup a hobby job somewhere else for a company with less than 100 workers.
  2. Yup, the online and the paper one now have the three options. Wouldn't that be considered a lie if you chose one that doesn't match your genitalia ??
  3. That was one of the reasons why I stopped hunting there. They made you go back to the check station to get another parking pass if you changed areas, when at other bases using the same software would give you a yearly pass. That and the fact that back then center fire weapons were really restricted, had to use shotgun or black powder for most of the season.
  4. A few methods to discover what is going on, using a sharpie, darken the bullet and neck of the "bad" cartridge and see what is hitting what. Do a chamber cast to see what your rifle needs, and or use a Hornady OAL gauge to see where your lands and grooves are and seat accordingly.
  5. Seems like a negative test from both would suffice, getting the shot just potentially makes them MORE dangerous than not having any CCP virus components. IMO The medical community has gone nuts, treating people worse than animals: https://rumble.com/vnnqc9
  6. It's that way on many installations, the deer know where they are safe and hang out there. Here at Ft Campbell, they used to have a cull once a year or so, where they got a few guys to get them at night to decrease the population. The deer would be donated to soldiers and their family and I think also the Hunters for the Hungry as well.
  7. I thought I had already posted this but I guess not. Anyway, my hunting area is just up the road from you, they should not be surprised people want to shoot out there. She will probably get used to it, but, you could try one of these, it can be used without a stamp and really does reduce (not eliminate) the noise.
  8. Maybe a DIY setup can help, or the same already put together: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0768BHHFY
  9. Soak the clean steel parts in Evapo-Rust, it will clean them up in no time, may take 24 hour soak, but check often or the steel will darken a bit, which IMO is no problem. The painted parts may clean up too, but if there is the slightest rust under the paint it will dissolve and paint will come off with it. As to the old primers and powders, they should be fine, give the powder a smell test, as mentioned above. I have 30+ year old powder and primers that still work as advertised, though they were stored, about half that time in uncontrolled temps in the shed.
  10. Is TN next? https://www.foxla.com/news/california-becomes-first-state-in-nation-to-announce-vaccine-requirements-for-students
  11. A buyer doesn't need one, Alien Gear has a trade-in program for the shells. They will send you a shell for the gun you have in exchange for the one for the SR9, no charge. https://aliengearholsters.com/shell-swaps
  12. Hmm, maybe they are onto something. So you send me an aluminum and steel weapon, and I send you back a chicom piece of stainless steel, which you can only use as deco. Sounds like a good trade to me, how can I start my own business?
  13. 3??? https://undercurrents723949620.wordpress.com/2021/07/22/cdc-corrects-number-of-reported-deaths-after-covid-vaccines-by-dumping-foreign-reports/ Even the "fact" checkers are reporting more than 3. And yea, CDC says says they can't prove causality, but can't disprove it either. https://www.reuters.com/article/factcheck-vaers-deleted-idUSL1N2P91JS
  14. There are hundreds if not thousands of people that would agree with this, had the shot not killed them.
  15. Hey, you're one of them there competition guys; do you ever use one of those accurizing dies like the Waltz die? Or do you just purchase competition bullets?
  16. Back in the day (pre-internet), and still if no data in Lyman #4, I will do the same exact thing. I take the same process, start in the middle with a load for the same weight, and profile, of the cast bullet and work the load up or down as necessary. What issues did you run into? The only issue I had was case bulge (figured out the mouth flaring pretty fast), which is still an issue with some loads. Most times the load is close to jacketed or plated, with only hardness to worry about once it leaves the barrel. Now, with so many resources, you almost never have to take chances like that anymore, but some resources I'd trust more than others, like castboolits.
  17. I always start my loads about the middle of the range, and I work up (or down) from there. You could always cross reference your loads on the powder or/and bullet manufacturers website to make sure you are within the recommended range. As @krunchnikstated, my loads never change unless the rifle does, for my handguns I just load a middle of the range load and adjust my sights or POA to make sure I can hit my target.
  18. Sure, but then it was only climate related, in 19' they found out the real money was in medical.
  19. Can't see a (an?) opossum being the culprit, they would more likely eat the eggs or chicken feed than get a chicken. I don't have any chickens but this guy would visit my garden regularly and would just saunter away when I approached him. Could have dispatched him with a stick if I really wanted to.
  20. I tend to give more credence on studies done before 2019 than any conducted since, due to all the governmental/political BS that has infiltrated such studies.
  21. Yea, that really is different than what I wrote.
  22. But, but, @Danielsaid the things we were doing for the CCP virus took out the flu????
  23. Now, now, keep it civil. So, if the CCP shot takes care of the flu, why still need the flu shot? Why are they now studying the combined flu/ccp shot if one can do both?
  24. LMFAO, so why are they still giving the flu shot???
