Yes, but it was while a candidate and in a public medium, so slander applies.

Here's hoping for a speedy recovery, thanks for letting us know.

Now imagine being told you had to be treated by a certain doctor, with that kind of track record, or lose your job

That would be ideal, but would have to be guarded here, or there wouldn't be any batteries left in the chargers (I know they are "locked" in). A better way would be for the roads to have the same charging systems built in that they use to charge phones wirelessly, so you are charging while driving. Long long time from now, it may be something that is feasible but no company is going to put out that kind of money here in the US, where scooters are not as popular, and car battery stations would take up a lot or room since more batteries would be required.

I already put in my prediction, but have to add, while the talking heads on any of the MSM sites are questionable, other sites have current lawyers with very interesting positions, mostly leaning towards an acquittal not only on the facts, but on prosecutorial misconduct. The low quality drone footage, which IMO was handed off late anyway, and now the fact that the identity of "Jump Kick Man" was known to the prosecutors, and of course the few things the judge himself admonished them for such as the right to remain silent, and excluded evidence.
-
Well, all that aside, I like more gun companies being moved away from anti-gun states, and if that brings them here, then it so much the better.

So, we may now know who "Jump Kick Man" is, but now some serious question on how long Binger knew his identity. Rittenhouse Trial: Maurice Freeland Suspected of Being ‘Jump Kick Man’

And we have subs that can launch from any ocean in the world, like they and Russia do, so it isn't as big a threat as they make it seem, but we should not have been blindsided by the fact that they had it, if our alphabet agencies would concentrate on our enemies instead of parents against CRT, and white supremacist Trump supporting terrorists, we could have been forewarned.

My daughter bought a Hyundai hybrid, now the wife is in the market for one. The Hyundai comes with a great warranty, so should be ok, but I still prefer an all gas motor, so if/when I replace my Tacoma, it will be another Tacoma with all gas engine.

A bit of a necro post but apparently it has come to pass, Troy Industries is in Clarksville, met one of the workers this weekend.

I still feel he will be acquitted, very hard for it to be thought otherwise with all the video evidence., plus all the prosecutor's witnesses that seemed more like the defense witnesses.

Come on, haven't you been paying attention after the Snowden release? They are in and out of all our electronics at will, and no damn agency will do anything about it. If you were to deliberately plan a crime, you would be more inclined to hide your presence online, and probably smart enough not to spout off about it. But we are talking everyday life, where you are minding your own business and something like this event takes place. You can't go back and undo your presence, heck you merely being here could be used against you, let alone any posts supporting 2A, Trump, or Freedom.

Getting in to reloading. A couple of questions.
Omega replied to IggyBcool's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
I agree with most of the above, but I honestly don't keep buying manuals. At first, they are great as they step you through the process of reloading, but the load data does not change much, if at all. There are upteen official sites from bullet and powder manufacturers that you can always get updated load data. As far as supplies, they are out there, though the price is not pleasant. If this shortage issue continues, the market and entrepreneurs will find a way. Right now, there is an uptick on reloading primers, making your own black powder, and many are switching to PCP rifles to forgo all the primer, brass and powder issues. -
Are you on a VPN? Anyone here personally know you? I don't have a cyber masters degree, though my degrees are in IT, I can safely say that unless you use some great fieldcraft, they will find you straight away.

I would rather it be me on trial, than someone walking away with no charges, or them standing trial for my murder.
-
I don't see it that way at all, he is a regular teen, with teen tendencies. If someone decides that my t-shirt, sticker, sign, or flag deserve me getting assaulted, they had better be willing to suffer the consequences for such actions, up to and including deadly force.

More of a matter of liability and insurance really.

Nah, my old (ish) Lee turret can get ammo that accurate, as long as I do my part by doing good case prep, same headstamps, weigh bullets and charges etc. And of course the rifle and I have to do our part as well. -
It is all the same caliber, regardless of the headstamp. Reman companies use whatever available brass they can get, which usually makes the ammo less than optimum due to some cases having less case capacity (thicker brass), but no real affect on plinking accuracy. Here are some of my .308 cases which have differing headstamps, making it seem as they're different calibers.

All evidence so far supports the defense, even a layman can discern that. While I also feel he should not have testified, many legal talking heads seem to think it was necessary to prove his claim of self defense. As I stated, every video shows just cause for the use of deadly force, even the remaining criminal POS says he was worried about Kyles safety, a lie I am sure, but none-the-less he testified to that.

That's too bad, they sent me new pieces when mine was destroying primers, they must have expended all their spare parts. -
Hate to hear of your illness, hope it works out for you. Nice deer, should be good eating. I have always said "I don't hunt for horns", which usually has me bringing does in. I will take a decent buck, no doubt, but I don't count points until he is down.

I think it is done on purpose, if laws were easy to read, lawyers and judges would be less needed. Besides, laws are sometimes written by politicians (or special interest groups) with little to no concept of law.

Nah, nobody rioting for those two dead guys.
