1. The septic tank would not be a good place for water, you would be having to filter and boil the water make any use of it.  I would rather dig a hole in the runoff area to collect water than to access a septic tank.
2. Did they put that on paper?  Sounds like they only have the snitch's side of things since it was a year ago.  What company were you working for?  Sounds like someone I would not do business with.
3. Quick, copyright that idea, it will sell.
4. It would really depend on the event.  Right now I am at work, and am on a military base, so am lacking for very little.  So again depending on the situation the first thing is to collect my family into a central location; one is in NC while the rest are in Nashville and Murfreesboro so it may be simple or an ordeal.
5. I was going to suggest Tapatalk, I get logged out occasionally but more often the Tapatalk screen pops up suggesting I use it to access TGO.  I stay logged in during, but it pops up often enough to make it annoying.
6. Great read, at least they allowed veterans some souvenirs back then.  We were given a general order not to even try bringing anything back, even something non auto.
7. No fan of full auto, but of course I don't think they should be outlawed.  I do wonder how they dealt with the weapons brought back from the wars? During WWII and Korea I am sure many weapons were brought back by soldiers wanting a souvenir.  There are bound to be some squirreled away in some attic that were here before the law went into effect.   From the current wars there have been some that were brought back illegally, as some guys were caught, so it stands to reason others were not.  There is no doubt about legality with those or the ones brought back by units, I know my unit brought back a few, but they had to become possessions of the museum so legal.  So my guess is that some of those will be offered up for sale, as well as those used by the ATF for stings.
8. If I hadn't just bought two 48 round boxes of Winchester at 54¢ per round before shipping I might of been tempted.
9. I had considered one of these when I seen it one one of the YouTube channels I follow, it explains the science behind it.      It would be a nice little fire starter when made out of non flammable materials.  I went with a couple mini bics and some backup magnesium blocks but one of those would work too.
10. I have something in my eye.
11. Yes, I used it to trim my converted 300BLK cases.  Much better than the one that comes with the trim gauges.
12. Used as designed with a powder dropper it is faster, once you get the first round through all the stages its a round per pull. Changing calibers is about a 30 second exercise, much like the collar type single stage presses, but its all the dies. Of course I use mine as a single stage press anyway, but I have had my three hole turret for almost 30 years and it would take a lot of $ to redo everything to either 4 hole, or collar type single stage press. I use my single stage presses for universal deprimer, and a sizer.
13. Since all he has at the moment is a hand press, I would go with the Lee Turret.  While the Rock Chucker is a very good single stage press, its a single stage press.  The turret press will be much more versatile and for the price of the kit it can't be beat.
14. Sounds like an effort to keep a concealed carry permit holder from being arrested for brandishing if the gun "peeks" from under their clothes.
15. I put up a fence on my land by hand.  I used a posthole digger to remove soil and a post hole bar from Harbor Freight to break the rocks up with.  I only had to do 10 holes so it was not that hard, if you have an 8" or 10"auger and the bar I think you can knock these out real fast.
16. The problem I have with it is that they do not claim they are a danger to themselves or others. Simply not able to balance your checkbook or handle your financial affairs is no reason to deny someone's 2a rights. In the story, it eluded to the fact the guy may of been scamming the VA by claiming he needed help and I am tempted to say it serves him right. But I hate to have this policy in place where it treats them that way when they really need help. I have also heard about felons being allowed to sell their weapons, which I agree with, so why are the Vets not given that choice?
17. Yea, seen that one, but had not seen where it was said that they were threatening confiscation.
18. The exit one area is mostly active and retired military guys, it is as safe an area as just about anywhere except maybe the higher end areas such as by exit 11 or the outskirts or Clarksville.  If you are on the other side of Hwy 24 where its more rural you may have areas where target shooting is allowed, but on the side where the theatre is at, its frowned upon.  Shooting within city limits is only controlled by a noise ordinance here, so if there is enough land to safely do so, and nobody complains, it can be done. But I have not heard of anyone around there doing so.
19. Welcome to Clarksville and the site.  Clarksville isn't too bad but it does have its areas such as Lincoln homes where you should stay away from.  Every now and then you will hear shots and never find out the reason for them, but for the most part if its outside the known bad areas its either domestic or sd related, and rare. Just report it to LEOs, though I doubt they'll find the perps, and if it happens again, I'd move.
20. It appears that the VA is stepping up it's policy to report Vets with mental issues to confiscation: http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2015/08/foghorn/breaking-va-tries-to-confiscate-disabled-vets-guns-stopped-by-citizens-and-sheriff-standing-guard/
21. I've posted this elsewhere, but I don't trust Trump.  I sure hope I am wrong about his true intentions, but I don't think so.  You would think if he was serious about running as a republican he would not alienate 3/4 of the voters by insulting Women, Hispanics and Veterans.  The Republican party has had weak support from two of those three groups in the past.  If he happen to get the Republican nomination, he will lose, if the Republican's pick a strong nominee, he'll run third party to make them lose.  Either way its a sure win for Hillary.
22. We can only hope they do and keep him from leaving any baby mommas.
23. I made this a couple years ago so the start date is probably off. I used info from various gardening sites so it was not my doing, just put it in my notes to use as a starting point. Week 11 (Feb 3-9) heliotrope, candytuft, primula, leek, early greens (to be planted out in the cold frame or greenhouse beds), viola, snapdragon Week 10 (Feb 10-16) delphinium, matricaria, onion, parsley, Greek oregano, impatiens, rudbeckia, early broccoli Week 9 (Feb 17-23) pepper, coleus, shallot, eggplant, cherry tomato Week 8 (Feb 24 - Mar 2) tomato, alyssum, cleome, salvia horminum Week 7 (Mar 3-9) ageratum, zinnia, more lettuce, radicchio Week 6 (Mar 10-16) bachelor's buttons, agastache, aster, basil, marigold, sweet pea, calendula Week 5 (Mar 17-23) sanvitalia, cabbage, convolvulus, nicotiana, lavatera, nigella, phlox, phacelia Week 4 (Mar 24-30) morning glory, nasturtium, melon, cucumber, squash Based off of Average Last Frost Apr. 21 - Apr. 30 adjust as necessary.
24. I don't even have to look at it to say leave it as is.  The only thing I would do is stop and remove any rust that may of developed.  What you are passing along are memories.
25. No, nobody HAD to get rid of them but I brought home 10 of them when I last went there in May. 9 AR mags and 1 AK, or SKS it looks different than the ones I owned already.  The major issue, and maybe why Magpul left, was that Mags must now have a date on them when Mfg in Colorado to id them from the grandfathered ones.  This law passed in 13', some of the mags I got were pretty new looking so maybe they are still coming into CO, but may of been technically illegal.  The Repubs  are trying to do away with them but the Dems are not allowing it.   The other law that was passed was the background checks, everyone has to do it even private sales.
