If it attacks your dog on your property or even if you had your dog on the leash and were walking on the street you'd be justified in shooting it. A reasonable person would assume that an animal attacking their pet on their property may turn and attack them.

Were you too cowardly to pay attention in spelling class? Sorry, but if you are going to insult someone, especially my friend, you should probably know how to spell. Also, calling a person names is a really crappy way to prove your point because all that does is instantly put a person on the defensive. Just my 2 cents.

Hey guys and girls, About a year ago I started a thread about my cousin Shelbie who is in High School and has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Her Dad is about to do a 150 mile bike ride to raise money for MS research and needs to raise 1000 dollars in about 5 weeks. Below is a link that you can follow and donate to him specifically. Yea i got the feeling it was more for the "high-voiced" crowd that asks why they don't have a sign and the bartender can point and be like "Oh yea we got one it's over there by the phone, near the kitchen, on the bulletin board."

Fox and Hound in Cordova isn't really posted. They have one sign printed on their letterhead that says No Firearms Allowed back by the kitchen near a phone lol Nothing on the door or anywhere near it. My conversation with the waitress suggests it's don't ask don't tell at the door and the sign is to appease a few antis.

Not sure, but you could try any tobacco shop near you. Your best bet will be finding one on-line or buying one and having it engraved.

I'm with Hex and the rest. Sorry, but if you are too uninformed about the laws at hand when it concerns an actual posting and the "old signs" that, as Fallguy mentioned, still have to be displayed, you probably don't need to be having these types of conversations with wait staff. It's alot like the saying goes "It's easier to ask forgiveness, than for permission." I assume know you understand what constitutes a proper posting or not. Make your choice to eat there or not, with or without gun. Leave the hostess and waiters, and the like out. Only the store manager/owner is going to make a decision to post so that's better handled through an e-mail. Not standing at the hostess both saying "Yes I have a gun right here." Just my 2 pennies, but it's not how I would have handled it.
