  1. I gotta second strickj do you EVER say anything positive? All you do is bitch and complain.
  2. I think that's admirable. I just despise criminals maybe even to a fault and the thought of shooting one over property just doesn't give me much of a stir.

That's funny, but for some reason the wording of that question just pissed me off.

Since I'll assume this was aimed at me it's because I do campus security for a hospital in the ghetto here in Memphis. I wasn't aware you had to be sworn LE to carry a cuff key though.

    5.11 Bags

The Merlin is good, but it's not a distance travel pack. Straps are too thin and it has no actual rigid shape. I like my Pygmy Falcon, but it's just to small. The 5.11 bag is really where it was at for me.
  6. Exactly. The NRA and Friends of NRA do ALOT. Probably alot more than most people realize. The reason other groups like GOA,etc don't hold much clout is because they refuse to compromise. I like the message, but you have to be realistic and work towards a goal. NRA is really the only major player there is and most politicians will tell you to go against the NRA once they have endorsed you is political suicide. Best thing you can do as a gun owner is get yourself an NRA membership and become involved yourself. Write, e-mail, call your reps and let them know where you stand. The NRA will push the big battles and you can push just as hard for local battles. It really is up to ALL of us to defend our rights.
  7. Did the same here and came up blank. I had a charge pop up out of the blue awhile back and my bank just nerfed the charge and credited my money back.
  8. I have the RIA Tactical two-tone and have been really pleased with it for the price. I have a Kimber pro-carry that is worth every bit what I paid for it and so is the RIA. Mine did take around 500 rounds to break it in and get the feed ramp "polished" if you will. It does feed better with Wilson and Kim-Pro mags, than it does regular old mags. When it comes to hollow points mine does not like my Hornady Tap alot, but it will chew up a more round nosed hollow point all day. The are a good gun for the money and are fun to work on. I know several people that have them and none have had any major issues.
  9. Agreed. This site is way beyond many others in alot of ways.
  10. Hey no problem I was about to get pretty bent out of shape if that's where it came from. I felt bad enough even asking for people to donate, if I found out somebody was stealing funds...well I'd have been road tripping.
  11. First thanks for the donation man! I checked my account, my wife's and checked with a few other people who donated and no one else got hit with that so hopefully you can scratch the MS Society off your list. I've never had any issues with the TGO stuff either so it my be one of the others or just one of those things.
  12. Mmmm...food.
  13. Yes some states require that you inform. Handgunlaw.us Excellent.
  14. TERRORIST! Everyone report Rightwinger lol
  15. What Dave and Fallguy said.
  16. Man I could. Not trying to sound macho and believe me I've thought of it, but I just hate criminals. I despise people that prey on others, no matter the crime. That is MY stuff I've worked for. They can't have it. I also think if a few people started getting capped stealing cars and televisions crime might just go down a smidge.
  17. That was my first thought lol That has got to be one of the most horrible stories I've ever heard man. That just sounds horrific. Bunch of Nancys! Must have been logistics guys

You're my hero. I have a monkeyfist, 5.11 carabiner, 2 car keys, cuff key, gun safe key, gym pass, pool pass, work filing cabinet and safe keys, apt key, and mailbox key.
  19. Thank you!!! I got the message, but had to quit reading after the first few lines.
  20. Tell me about it. My buddy has been carrying for 6 months and still won't carry a round in the chamber. I told him he needed to take a training class. He said he appendix carries and was worried he'd shoot his manhood. I told him to buy a belt and a holster lol
  21. They were my cousin's thank you much and those brave joes went through hell fighting Cobra and the Commando bad guys in the kitchen and on the china cabinet so they deserved some r and r! Duke never was right after that fall from the ceiling fan when his chute got tangled...
  22. It is a felony, but you can't threaten deadly force to stop it. You can only threaten or use deadly force to protect life. Pointing a gun is threatening deadly force. That being said I doubt alot of cops are going to run you in for holding a criminal you caught in the commission of a felony at gunpoint. There was an incident here a few years ago where a HCP holder held a guy who was trying to stab people in a Schnuck's at gunpoint and he was basically hailed as a hero. You can't shoot over property period. The law merely says if you are justified in using deadly force your are justified in using that force to protect property. It was nothing more than a statement by the legislature saying "If you walk up on someone burglarizing your car and they run at you with a screwdriver a DA can't say you shot them just to protect your Acura."
  23. Mine used to get a 3 day pass for bravery above and beyond with my cousin's Barbies. My Joes were into tall chicks.
  24. Kung fu grip and all that noise!! Wait...what? You mean...crap.
  25. LMAO *BLAM* "Olive Garden?" "Sure."
